Can I install a 1650 SUPER 4gb DDR6 graphics card in the m92 tower (i5-3570)? Will the motherboard support it if I upgrade my psu to 550W? You are from which city?
for the dell, i recommend just buying the adapter for sale on amazon or ebay. the dell 8 pin requires a 12v standby where standard atx PSUs only output a 5v standby so you need a step-up converter inline for it to work. you can buy them separately and wire them up yourself but its worth the $8 to just buy one already made.

The motherboard would probably support it, but the cpu would bottleneck with the gtx1650 SUPER.
