The entire audience started to scream.
1.- he looks REALLY young, and hot 2.- I imagine him saying ¨fuck it! I am Billie Joe fucking Armstrong! and I can play a role I basically created! hell yeah! 3.- can you feel the energy as if you were there?
I feel like he also just majorly downplays himself. He said in the documentary about everyone singing better than him but he's easy one of the best punk singers ever

That's not to say he's bad, but many others in the cast can sing faster, intenser, and higher than he can. I'm also amazed however that the only complete bootleg of him in the role that exists is so low quality that you can barely make out that it's him

She’s still a great singer with an amazing belt but not nearly as strong as she was before she joined the cast of Heathers Bc she had to belt really high 8 times a week!

Billie did such an amazing job as St. Jimmy. He got to play the character that he invented! His performance never comes off as cringey, he actually comes off so cool! he looks so good! Seriously, he really does have an angel face while also being an awesome punk rocker. This is a good look for him.
I like how Jimmy and Johnny occasionally mirror each other's movements since the idea of Jimmy is that he's his drug-dealing rebellious alter-ego, or maybe I'm reading too much into it
