Sorry to hear about your experience with the refusal of reheating your meal. I can personally not imagine that your FA really refused… but okay. Just fyi the FAs don’t distribute the blankets, it’s the responsibility of the ground staff (normally it’s already provided at your seat). If you would’ve asked, you absolutely would’ve got one instead of searching for yourself. Same applies to the amenities on the lavatories, there are always spare ones so you don’t have to be afraid to not get a mouth wash or eye shade. One FA per aisle is btw a pretty standard thing you’ll find on other planes/airlines too. Our service on an EY flight took 3 1/2 hours on a 5 1/2 hours flight from FRA to AUH… Snacks are also always available in the galley or on request so you don’t have to “starve”. Given that the new seats with way more privacy and direct aisle access are coming soon I hope you’ll have a better experience next time. ✌🏼
1 FA per aisle is standard? On my latest flights on QR, BR or SQ there were about 4-5 FA for about 30 people. Snacks on LH means chips, snacks on good airlines means something like sandwiches, noodle soup and beef burger
How can be a seat next to a toilet the best rated seat? I have diffrent info... the best seat should be Row 3 directly behind the 1st Class, related to silence and you have more "feetroom" as no other seat is in front of you which would Limit the space
That’s definitely a longest airbus aircraft I ever saw
The product boys and girls from Lufthansa haven’t upgrade their game since a decade ago!
The business class is a joke compare to cathay.
or almost any other airline too

The state Lufthansa is in today. How laughably sad.
Seems like quality on Lufthansa flights vary a lot. Lufthansa needs to step up…..
Why on earth do people pay for that joke?
There are much better ways to go to HKG
horrible you should officially complain all you asked to reheat your meal that's not big deal
