For anyone watching, there’s a LOCK function, please read the manual. You just have to hold the heat button for 3 seconds to turn it to lock mode and hold again to unlock.
You get a great look if you alternate the way you hold it, like how you did at the top of your hair, you had it facing clamp down, alternate it facing down and then next section face it up

Just found your channel.. Looks awesome! I'm pretty sure the glove is actually meant for the hand that is holding the hair not the one holding the wand as that's the most at risk of burning when you get to the ends :-)

Hi sharon! I highly recommend spraying R+Co’s Outerspace Flexible Hairspray on your hair before the waver. Use a brush to brush it out and then use the waver. You can spray a little more on your hair afterwards as well! I feel like it helps keep the hold without any crunchy feeling you might get from other hairsprays. Let me know if you give it a try and what you think!
Ok... I was so curious about this wand because of the adds, but I have to say that I think it is like too big, I have short medium hair and this looks too big plus there are more in the market, is there someone who tried other brand to compare to this one ? Thank you !

Simply hold the right button down for 3 seconds to lock the temperature setting in.
I wonder if you had the clamp side facing in, it would fix the kinking issue because it would be hidden on the underside of the hair 🤔

I have the same problem with the heat, the should of either put the buttons inside or put a lock button on it xx
There is a lock function you just hold the heat button for 3 seconds.
How do you manage to not accidentally swtich it off or change the heat settings when using it? I'm really struggling with mine!
