the smash part is extremely confusing. the power comes body rotation AFTER the racket is thrown forward?! can't agree with this. All the previous Han's videos persuaded me that the power comes from fingers... and now this...
Do you think the power comes from only one part? Toes, ankles, knees, waist, chest, shoulders... There would be over 450 of them if I were to tell them one by one.

Everyone's needs are different. In fact, at this point we are at our limit. Will there really be a teaching that everyone is satisfied with? I haven't found anything like that yet, but until then, the only way is for viewers to choose only the parts they need. That is why we try to shoot with coaches and students as much as possible. Coaches tailor instruction to specific students. Viewers need to judge and learn whether it applies to me or not.
