- Thought I'd throw this video out for my people that are learning how to wrap and my DIY PEOPLE! Keep in mind I'm working with satin black, so this is a very easy material to work with. I started watching you a few years back and you’re the reason I gained the courage to try and wrap the interior trim on my e90 (catastrophic fail lmao) but gradually got better, then attempted my hood (colossal fail 😂) and after a few more tries I got to wrap most of my car.
Fast forward to this year, I quit my job as a wedding cake specialist and even though I’m not certified, I now work full time at a wrap shop! My boss took a chance on me because he was so impressed that I wrapped my own car. Then his jaw hit the floor when I told him I learned it all from you (and CK wraps) and wasn’t certified lol
He’s an amazing installer. He won Avery Dennison’s king of wraps contest back in ‘13!
I’ve learned a lot from him but I owe it all to you, man. Because of you I have a job I once only dreamed of having. Even though you’re not too consistent with your vids lol, thank you for posting at all. I’m still learning from you, And can’t wait to learn more.

This makes me want to try wrapping my e92 in the near future 😂 I tried doing my trim on it aswell and it came out decent , maybe I have a shot at being able to do this too

You can do it! Just takes some patience lol but it isn't for everybody!
I got the patience 😎 all the time in world, I’m wrapping my big toolbox but it’s easy all flat surfaces 😃, I might give these a try, all I can do is mess up some material 😃 then I’ll ship them to someone

Do you use edge sealer on your cut edges around the doors hood bumpers etc?
no adhesive promoter was used on this car what so ever. No need on a newer vehicle like this.

if you gradually learned and came back to me looking for a job for an installer position then maybe we can set something up as you starting off as a helper with my main installer. But I’ll offer wrap courses here at my shop in a couple of months if that interests you.
You gotta pay that man to learn what he can teach you
