Ingredients
One cup gram flour
Half cup ghee
One and half cup milk
One cup sugar
3 eggs
Pinch of orange or yellow food color
4 cardomom
Crushed coconut 2 tbsp
Almonds 1 tbsp
Recipe
Blend eggs ,milk,sugar along with food color together
Now add ghee in a pot
Let it melt
Add cardomom
Add gram flour and roast it well
Roast it until it starts leaving aroma
Add egg mixture and keep mixing it until it starts to get thickened
When it is well combined add Coconut
Mix it well
Cook for 5 minutes on medium flame
Add almonds and cober it for 5 minutes
Remove the cover and cook until it starts leaving the oil
This will take a little time
Now turn off the flame when it's fully cooked
Serve it hot
