    Ingredients
    Mint
    Parsley
    Onions
    Tomatoes
    Green chillies
    Dry pomegranate seeds
    Salt
    *Recipe*:
    Add dry pomegranate seeds in you pestle and beat it with mortal
    Then add mint and beat it again
    Add green chillies and
    Beat them
    Add onions and beat them
    Then add parsley
    You can add anything first if you want to
    Now add tomatoes and beat them good
    Add salt, And beat them into a good shape
    Your chutney is ready.
    Enjoy it with chips, Tortilla and Bread.
    Tamarid chatney ( Imli ki chatney )
    Soak 1 pound tamarind in half a liter of water at night.
    Add tamarind and water juice to the pan.
    Add half a cup of water extra.
    Add Spices Now:-
    Half a teaspoon salt
    Half a teaspoon of black pepper
    Half a teaspoon chaat masala
    Mix them all well.
    Wait until the boil comes.
    Now add half a cup of sugar.
    Cook until this sugar dissolves.
    And when it is thick, take it off.
    Put it in a bowl and serveImlie ki khatti meethi chatney is ready.
    Serve it with pakora, Samosas or kabab.
    Freeze it for 2 to 3 days.
