Note - Cornelius was a "God-Fearer", and it is well known that gentiles who were known as "God-Fearers" meant that they had ''converted'' to Judaism and became "kosher" according to all of the commandments of Torah. Because of this, he and his household were no longer 'unclean' in relation to Jews, and his home was kosher and able to allow any Jew to come inside with him.
