Continuity issues happen in movies because a crew is made of multiple people who don't share every detail to microscopic level and movies are shot in the span of multiple days, so a few things get here and there in-between scenes. But here is a list of explanations for the mistakes you listed in the above video:
1. The sardar was watching Ram standing still because obviously he was terrified of him and shocked. If you look a bit closely, only that sardar is wearing a colourful red cloth while all others are wearing white and pale clothes, which makes it easy for Ram to spot and nab him through the sequence.
2. Just like I said above, all protesters are wearing white clothes and only that sardar and Ram are wearing different colours from the crowd, which makes it easy for head officer and others to spot Ram.
3. While asking for that pot made of soil, Jaggu threw it besides Bheem because he was terrified of that tiger. Tigers are very aggressive and can easily climb trees. Bheem and company were there to nab a wolf but they got there surprise. Jaggu was shocked like how that sardar was and the pot just fell out of his hand and Bheem fortunately caught it. If he had failed, Jaggu would have been dead.
4. Ram spots and signals Bheem in that bridge sequence because Bheem is the only one wearing white clothes while everyone else has colourful clothes.
5. Bheem didn't send Lachha to Adilabad because he was too inexperienced to travel that much alone and Nizam was loyal to Scott and could have caught him if Lachha was alone.
