Do you guys remove low-quality lumbar or do you allow it to be shipped in your kits? For example, do you allow split, moldy, severly knotted, and or twisted lumber to be shipped to your customers? If not, who determines this and what percentage of your lumber is pulled? Where do you source your lumber? Do you use American or is it from another country?

How long do these houses last? Up to the strike of a tornado , hurricane and flooding?
