I've been struggling with drugs for a long time. I've quit one after another, but during that process of quitting, I turn to this anime to help with withdrawal or the anxiety that comes with it. Major is definitely an underrated anime, I'll definitely tell my future children about it... That is if I live long enough to have any.
Keep it u bro, divert your drug urges with healthy emotions. That's probably the reason you started doin drugs, emotional damage build up and/or bad company. Keep up goro's positivity bring it in life, i too experience stress and possibly depression. Watching inspirational vids and animes motivates me to keep going.
Keep it up💐 I didn't know I was depressed before, then covid struck and got even more introverted and depressed, good thing I discovered this anime then and been watching it on repeat if ever I get depressing feelings again.
That's why I really liked watching wholesome sports anime, with all that sportsmanship, friendship, family, inspirational stuffs makes me feel good inside

I finished all of Major one week ago and all I can say is that's one of the best things I've watched in my life. Never an anime communicated with me so much, characters in this show are so natural, so relatable I'd come to think the author was probably a pro player.. idk who made this masterpiece but he transmitted all of his passion for baseball. Everytime I'm too lazy to go to workout, I remember Goro playing all of his matches without any excuse, then I end up going. After 7 months spent watching it, my passion for Major burns like a flame that NEVER stops shining
it's a shame baseball ain't popular in my country, cause if knew earlier it was so good I would've gave it a try

hello, 2024 here! i have never heard this songs for years! now that I’m listening to this, i can’t help but tear up because of the memories and the journey i’ve had with this anime. the story of this anime is so beautiful, and i'll never forget the moments when i was a kid, eagerly waiting for it to air. how i wish i could go back in time to experience and feel that excitement again, just like the first time I watched it. love you, major!

I just finished binge watching all seasons (yes, all 6 seasons included the OVAs= World Series, Message and Yuujou Winning Shot) and made me realize how I really loved this anime and how its important to me
I discovered this cuz of the Yey channel and got hooked because my brother downloaded the episodes of season 4

Yeah I did the same, I finished all 6 seasons except for the movie in like 10 days. It was just too fun! Season 4 and 5 were stunning, season 6 was a bit disappointing though

I think that every baseball/softball player should watch this anime, to understand the importance of Japanese values like fair play, group spirit, effort, honor, never giving up.

fellow filipinos, I remember being excited when its 6:pm when I was talking to my friend and our topic became about baseball and I remembered the infamous kaido strikeout and decided to watch it fully since I only had the chance to watch the first three seasons and it was great the openings and endings brings back old memories Im really glad I decided to finish major :)

Damn. This songs made me cry as always everytime i listen to mv songs of major. I really love this anime the characters especially goro. Ive been rewatching this anime for like 10x and still not getting bored. Hope major 2nd tv last longs until daigo become a pro like his father.
Major is still at the top of my list as the best anime I've ever watched and I still believe it deserves more recognition. It influenced/inspired me, my friends, and other kids to try Baseball, be devoted to something you love. and never give up. Watching Shohei Ohtani (i learned that Major actually inspired him to be a 2-way player) making history in the Majors is just so cool, he's the closest one to be Honda in real life. Major 2nd is pretty great too!

I love this anime so much, i always watch this when im in 6thgrade and it pushes me to play baseball at my school when im in 8th grade. Im a varsity for 3yrs hahaha its so hard to win. We cant win a championship. We always got bronze and last provincial league we got dropped early HAHAHA i miss those days, we play for fun, not for allowance HAHAHA

I remembered, 16 years ago I stopped watching this anime because of Goro's dad died. I couldn't bear what happened. And just this year, I was finally able to finish Goro's saga and I am currently reading the manga of Major 2nd (but it's Raw)

Watched the Season 1-6 and movies when I was 17 years old. Now I'm 25 currently watching it and I'm on S4 already and will watch also their son's season 1-2 tho it's not finished.
finally found my people, watched it a few months ago but no one to share this feeling. I watched over 100 animes, and this is the third anime that made me feel empty inside after finishing it, next to HxH and Steins Gate.

2023 and still re watching with the same excitement, happiness, sadness, annnoyance. A mixture of feelings beyond description. It felt nostalgic. Honestly before, I hate watching major. It just doesn't interest me. But I came to love it beyond words. The development of the story is just sooooo liiittt. It's well written. His journey to success is my inspiration to work harder too. ❤
