I liked this podcast so much! ♥
Most podcasts are "I know it all types"
    - Here are 6 ways to do X
    - When you face this situation, you do Y
But the honesty and vulnerability in this conversation makes it more human.
    - I don't know what's next.
    - Have you tried this?
    - Oh I struggled with that too.

Very interesting conversation and piece of coaching :) I’m the target audience of this book and I’m looking forward to read it on paperback ! (I’ve tried online but not a big fan of online reading)

Publishing the book launches you into the unknown opportunities. The feedback will inform the next steps. But yes that feels scary

Course: intense period of small group interaction. But higher barrier to participate bc cost
Book: long period of varying intense work. Not as personal yet dramatically lower cost of entry of audience. Infinite window of engagement via defined period of a course. Let people Find the Others on their own in a way most appropriate to them

Work and play is a see saw. The only way to get it back up is to play without regard to work. Then work again

This is the way. Playing your way through the sticky parts helps you forget the feeling of being stuck

How meta. Author needs to finish book in order to figure out next chapter of life. Patterns fractal up and down
