I loved how he started from a proper Rolex but still gone through the seiko Mod phase. That’s a proper watch guy right there.

Hadn’t heard of Matt until he was on Rogan, it’s no wonder those two are friends. Just a genuine human being, humble in all of his success. Like it would be so easy for him to show that vintage Speedmaster and tell us all that it’s a high value original but he can’t lol it’s not in his nature, he immediately clarifies that it has a service movement but he loves it when it’s on his wrist. So glad that you connected with this guy Andrew.
Kindness and being interactive with animals is an excellent trait for a watch collector. Good content

Great to hear Grand Seiko get recognized for their artistic dials! I have the cherry blossom dial and it is stunning!
My Ultimate "Grail-Watch" is a Grand Seiko, Their Cherry Blossom dial is absolutely Gorgeous in My Opinion, I'm all kinds of Jealous right now! 😢😂
It is one of the greatest dials I have ever seen. It just arrests you when you pick it up and stare at it….

I'm pretty tired of people claiming they're "self-made" when they're born into wealthy families.
For real, they need to stop claiming they hit a home run when they were born on third base.
Matt always claims he was born privileged. He's humble. He does not deny the advantages he's had in life.

Very nice. Felt a bit odd for me to watch a Watchfinder video where Andrew and Tom didn't do much talking. I'm glad Mr. Farah is helping spread the Grand Seiko gospel. I didn't know who he was until I watched this video.

Watching that Matt Farah/Joe Rogan watch collecting video is what sparked my interest in watches and particularly in Grand Seiko spring drive. Before that I used to always say - I can just check my phone if I want to know the time.

What a great guy he is and so down to earth which is refreshing to see. So many put on fake personas in todays social media driven world. So many men that fit into that big strong man image will also hide there softer side such as loving cats and being kind to them. I am part of the big strong guy group from my appearance and most people when getting to know me ask what sort of dog I have yet I am a cat lover and I don't hide that fact.
I recently purchased a Grand Seiko SBGA413 Shunbun as my first luxury watch. It is amazing looking and feels great.

My wife bought me a Kermit for our second anniversary 13 years ago as a surprise. She had no idea other than, "it has a pretty color." I didn't realize it was special until later. I love that watch to this day.

I met Matt last year when he was in my town for the Pikes Peak Hill Climb. We talked watches for a minute. He was wearing a sweet carbon fiber Panerai.
I would love to see a discussion with Cameron Weiss on this channel. His knowledge and experience would make for an interesting conversation and he’s putting out some really nice watches these days. Cheers!

I love my Grand Seiko, but you had better be prepared to see it’s value plummet as soon as you leave the AD. Don’t get me wrong. They are absolutely beautiful and probably truly worth twice their price, at least compared to the big prestige brands.

Grand Seiko is an amazing watch company BUT their clashing logos and fonts are like scratching on a chalkboard. Would never own one because the suits are lazy thinkers.
