I love this witchy style but for me some of these outfits are styled like costumes for a character not like an actual outfit that someone would wear. For example the girl wearing the red velvet high waisted bell bottoms, the outfit is a bit too much for me. Them trousers are so bold and personally I feel like with trousers like that you need to play down the rest of your garments
and make the trousers the statement piece. For me it's all about balance in a outfit. I would wear them trousers with a simple black crop top with floral design or a black halter top or a spaghetti strapped vest, black of course. If I was to wear a jacket with the outfit I would go with a bolero. Probably made of denim, suede or weathered leather.On my feet I would wear loafers or chunky black leather ankle boots. I would definitely have minimal jewellery on and very minimalistic makeup with a dark lip and soft brows. I would probably style my hair up in a slightly messy bun or have it down and with soft curls. This is my opinion I mean no offence by what I'm saying.
-And what you described would look wonderful as well! Some people just like looking 'extra' and don't feel like it's 'costume'-y, but more-so just an expressive outfit. Lots of people enjoy dressing like a 'character' and saying "screw off" to balance or subtlety or minimalist makeup -myself included.
