This guy is very addictive to watch. I sometimes stay up late at night searching through UA-cam, to find some new stuff from him like I'm a druggie or something.
Billy is always pay per view material. He's just funny regardless if it's improv or staged. But his last special was not funny and he knows it. Expecting big things from him on the next one.
I just love when Bill was talking about how being a mother just isn't the most difficult job and the camera pans to a mother. With that look on her face. Priceless. This is like a standup set. I can't stop laughing 😂
You do realize that the interviewer let Bill talk and rant, did not interrupt him and let him finish, and asked a variety of questions, right? That's not a bad interviewer at all in my book, quite the contrary actually
Mr. Tulip I saw Rolling Stone had a top 50 list ranking him 17th all time. I think that's disrespectful tbh. He's a top 10 comedian all time at the very least.
I would like to give props to the interviewer also. He had good questions and he let Bill rant on which he knew was precisely what was gonna make the interview stand out.
So a few things: 1. The interviewer is great, he knows exactly when to let bill speak, how to get clarification, and when to push him back on topic. 2 Bill Burr is great to the audiance. Even when he's making fun of them he knows how to turn it into a flattering moment, ie when he picks out the guy on the cellphone but then insinuates that he's on it because he's successful.
I swear to god, after seeing almost every Bill interview..the key to getting Bill to go off on his legendary comedic rants is to make him uncomfortable early. As soon as it happens Bill takes the car fully off-road *LMFAO* . He can't just skid off the gravel and then get back on the road....he just goes off the road, drives over fences, runs over gardeners, clips kids playing in the yard and end up through the window of subway.....then if he hears _WOULD YOU LIKE A COOKIE_ ... *IT'S GAME OVER*

His comedic instincts are just pure gold, provided he gets the room to work them out. I think that's why he does his best on lower budget interviews. One of my favourite Bill Burr videos and it's not even him doing stand-up or a special. He never stops mentioning the chair and after a while it just gets hilarious.
Bill is one of the greatest all-time comics. I think most people dont realize how incredibly hard it is to be funny on command and he makes it look easy. im sure its 50/50 genuinely funny and obsessed work ethic. living legend
Anyone else binge watch all of the seasons of Bill’s show in a week? I did and I loved it! When I’m feeling silly I imitate Bob Pogo to my 10 year old son. Great stuff!
I love how much fun Bill seems to be having in this interview. You can tell in other interviews that he doesn't like the questions or the interviewer or whatever. He still crushes it every time but he is really on his A-Game here and it is glorious to watch.

I think guys like Bill Burr and Louis CK are so much better in interviews like this than they are in their specials, even though I do enjoy them
I am always amazed seeing how Bill always completely steals the flow when he's being interviewed.
