    This dessert is so yummy!
    If you also want to make this, I used the recipe below:
    Lemon Cake:
    Ingredients:
    1 1/2 cup flour
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp baking powder
    171g butter
    1 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla essence
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1/2 cup buttermilk
    1 tin condensed milk
    1 pineapple or 1 tin crushed pineapple
    1/2 cup whipped cream
    Directions:
    In a bowl with the flour add in the salt and baking powder, mix and set aside.
    In a bowl with the butter, mix until pale in colour.
    Add in the sugar and mix until light and fluffy.
    Add in the eggs one at a time.
    Add in the vanilla essence and the lemon juice, mix until smooth.
    Add in the flour mixture in 3 batches and the buttermilk in 2 batches.
    Mix until smooth.
    Pour batter into greased baking dish and bake at 180 degrees celsius for 35-40 minutes.
    Mix the crushed pineapples and the condensed milk together.
    Poke holes into the warm cake with the back of a wooden spoon.
    Allow the mixture to seep into the cake about 20 minutes.
    Spread on the whipped cream.
    Place dessert into the fridge for 30 minutes.
    Cut a slice and enjoy a light summery dessert.
