You're right Karak, I think this package would've been a lot better if it had included developer commentary and behind-the-scenes stuff. As someone who already owns all of these games on PC, there's literally no reason to buy this. Also, anyone who even had a passing interest in this series in the last 5 years has likely already played them at some point. They go on sale constantly, and they've been available on multiple platforms.
This is also intended for new console owners that haven't played the games yet. It's a very cheap way to make good games available to new users. PC gamers are almost never the target audience for remasters.
The old console version looks really bad compared to the old PC version. Almost all console games did back in those days. This is just a nice and cheap way of making it slightly better looking for a new audience. This game is timeless and it will continue to sell as young people get older so why not polish it up a little bit for PS4/xbox1 owners.

Telltale needs to calm tf down with all the spin-offs and just focus on a few IP and make them as polished as possible. S1 was lightning in a bottle and they seem to think everything will be ok riding on that game's success. And change the engine ffs.

Telltale already confirmed they wont work on another borderlands (the continuation or as you call it "tales from the borderlands season 2"). For the simple reason they didn't sell enough copies to make a sequel.
S3's quality was all over the place. Some areas it's pretty good and others it sucks. I liked javi and didn't mind that Clementine wasn't the main this time but it kinda makes you wonder why she's in it at all. I only got the collection because I moved to the pc and had only played S1 and 2 at the time. Also the thanksgiving sale so it was like 17 dollars I think.
I feel like the main reason why Season 3 wasn't that great was because Clem was in but people wouldn't play it without her in it. She was seemingly the main character of the story but then they just try to make another story?

In case u don't know they did add one thing that we all wanted and that it own separate trophy list and it own achievement list... If u already played the previous versions and got all the trophies and achievements this version the enhanced version u get to unlock it trophies and achievements
The relationship between Lee and Clem was amazing and i was so glad I played it, and got to experience it without it being ruined. Just wish the next chapters after the first game were stronger. Overall I am glad I got this.
If I had to put a scale on the 3 seasons, the season 1 is the best (obviously) then the third is that some them won't put it above the second, believe me, the second has more errors of what you believe, or you will deny it wasted that it was Carver and as the weft of Wellington blurred it? And then I put the 2 as the worst, Yes, you could say that the second season is better written than the New Frontier, and Yes, you are right, but when I remember putting two main story lines, in one season 5 episodes of hour and average of duration each It is impossible to say that the second season is better than New Frontier Season 1: 9.5 New Frontier: 7.3 Season 2: 6-7 (I can not decide the qualification, but isn't bad game).
Idk if it has anything to do with the fact that after the first season, Telltale got their hands on so many other franchises as well, too many games in the works simultaneously, so the quality of their games/writing wasnt anymore on the same level.
I must admit that its very tempting to pick up this collection. There is a lot of content that lasts around 40-50 hours, which is quiet impressive. However, there isn't anything extra such as, developer interviews, behind the scenes making of videos, etc. I would pick up the collection, but only after there is a price drop. If u already own it there no graphical update coming. But if u buy this version it has it own trophy list and achievement list depending on which console u play it on
Because it's technically a new game with a different set of achievements/trophy. Thing is the collection is at 30fps but the previous version of season 1 and 2 is at 60fps
I see one major reason to get this: you have seasons 1 and 2 on steam but never got the dlc before the company folded so you'll never get all achievements for season 1 or be able to buy the dlc for your games on steam..... that's the only reason I would get this, I missed out on getting the dlc before it was too late

Great talk but I say it is worth the 20 bones. If you pre-order it before the 14th of August 2018 you get the new season which is the last plus all previous seasons and xtras. Buy it guys before the 14th!
I bought all of them at one time on Steam. Then I played them one after another. This is the best way to play this game. Then you do get to care about the characters and the story flows better.
I can’t get an answer so please someone help? Since Telltale shutdown, their servers went too..so I can’t import my saves from season to season that I bought individually..but with the Collection do you still need a telltale server to import your saves? Or since it’s all together do the choices carry over by itself from season to season?

The FIRST game of the series is a DAMN masterpiece when it comes to script and story telling . It has bars wayyy too high for games of current times to try to cope up ngl .
I have had glitches happen lots of them I have to replay episode 5 season 2 in this collection glitches that weren't in the original versions so telltale need to fix it other than that it's awesome
I am not completely sure if its just the Xbox, the game or a glitch that is making this happen but my collection pack if contanstly ; skipping choices, scenes and much more, it is effecting the game play and km starting to think that buying it was a rip off, not because of the gameplay its self but because of the massive glitches happening to the gameplay
fatcat just buy the games separately, they are 80% off on ps4 right now n they go on sale all the time on Xbox/steam. The collection has slightly improved graphics but they cut content and kinda fucked it up

I have a big technical problem with this game (collection). I bought it from ps store and I can’t play Season 2... (I was able to play season 1) It gets stuck on a screen where they say: “Game will automatically look for import save from season 1 blah blah” and I have 2 options to press “Ok” or go back of course. The go back works, however, I can’t press “ok” so I can’t progress further than that. Anyone knows a solution?
w er yeah this first collection is kinda a mess from a technical standpoint, I know this doesnt really help with what you are saying, but I’d recommend you get The Walking Dead: The Definitive Series, its a much better bundle of these games

Good review. This release however smells of bullshit. Trying to sell it off as a complete collection to people not knowing Season 4 is coming.Also, fuck Telltale for this. I really, REALLY fell in love with Season 1. For what it was that thing was damn near perfect. Season 2 was already "Ehhhhh"... and Season 3 made me almost quit it multiple ties in the middle. It's amazing how they managed to milk this cow completely dry and still kept pulling the udder when it was only blood coming out.
Sounds German There's no rewind feature to. They took it out of the seasons that had it which is fucking stupid in my opinion. If they had the rewind feature for all of them, I would fine with it but there isn't. There also seems to be some missing points. For example, after you need Omid and Christa, there's no prompt for Christa talking about how Omid likes Civil War history.
Do i need to Play the Game in Order Because i bought the First Game and im half was trough and i dont tlwant to Play it from the begonning again so yeah could i start at the second Game ?

They removed some scenes and took the end credits songs out, actually better of getting the games separately

Good review. This release however smells of bullshit. Trying to sell it off as a complete collection to people not knowing Season 4 is coming.Also, fuck Telltale for this. I really, REALLY fell in love with Season 1. For what it was that thing was damn near perfect. Season 2 was already "Ehhhhh"... and Season 3 made me almost quit it multiple ties in the middle. It's amazing how they managed to milk this cow completely dry and still kept pulling the udder when it was only blood coming out.
Sounds German There's no rewind feature to. They took it out of the seasons that had it which is fucking stupid in my opinion. If they had the rewind feature for all of them, I would fine with it but there isn't. There also seems to be some missing points. For example, after you need Omid and Christa, there's no prompt for Christa talking about how Omid likes Civil War history.
Deathpool_04 Some of these options and dialogue was unnecessary, and the developers wanted to get rid of it
