2 किलो चिकन / 2 kg Chicken
नमक स्वाद अनुसार / Salt to Taste
1/3 चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर / 1/3 tsp Turmeric Powder
3 चम्मच साबुत धनिये के बीज / 3 tsp Whole Coriander Seeds
300 ग्राम प्याज / 300g Onion
50 ग्राम काजू / 50g Kaju
100 मिली रिफाइंड तेल / 100 ml Refined Oil
4 इलायची / 4 ea Cardamom
6 लॉन्ग' / 6 ea Long
कटा हुआ प्याज डालें / Add Chopped Onion
नमक स्वाद अनुसार / Salt to Taste
3 चम्मच अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट / 3 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
धनिये के बीज का पेस्ट डालें / Add Coriander Seeds Paste
1 चम्मच जीरा पाउडर / 1 tsp Cumin Powder
1/2 चम्मच धनिया पाउडर / 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
काजू पेस्ट डालें / Add Kaju Paste
15 मिनट तक पकाएं / Cook For 15 Minutes
1 गुच्छा धनिया पत्ती / 1 Bunch of Coriander Leaf
7-8 हरी मिर्च / 7-8 Green Chillies
बर्फ के टुकड़े / Ice Cubes
1/2 नींबू का रस / 1/2 Lemon Juice
1 चम्मच काली मिर्च पाउडर/ 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
काला नमक / Black Salt
