Its not a laugh track. Sick of that mistake being inferred. Its filmed in front of a live studio audience for the most part, the outdoor scenes are shown on a huge theatre screen to an audience & its their live reaction that is recorded.

It is a pity the way Graham Linehan has been treated/cancelled over the the past few years for tying to protect women and childrens' rights, and for highlighting issues over the use/misuse of puberty blockers in certain "gender clinics". All of this grief came upon Graham because someone chose to take great offence to an episode/scene in the IT Crowd, and ultimately tried to destroy Grahams' life because of this episode and his defence of it. From what I have observed over the past few years, Graham has been unfairly targeted by certain movements (loosing work, family and supposed friends because of this), and has been forced to devote more and more time to defend himself against false allegations and idiotic ideologies, something which he himself has said in interviews he does not/and should not have to do. What a sad world we live in...
