Miss Laura you are a garden BEAST I love it. I went Laura all over my garden this year even been giving tours. Our mail woman on Thursday was admiring the front garden and I said you should see the back garden and she said yes let’s go. She couldn’t believe it. I was naming all the flowers and plants. She asked me about a certain flower (Lisianthus) so I made her a big bouquet and it made her day. And you make our day. Thank you for spreading the love of gardening. ❤️🌸
You are a garden beast too!!! And I’m one in training! Love how you gave your mail lady a garden your! I give them in my head when I’m in my garden. Lol! It’s all Laura’s fault! I need that in a gardening t-shirt.
@Michelle Simpson! You are just as much a garden beast too! And I’m a garden beast in training! I keep saying “it’s all Laura‘s fault!” I need that embroidered on a Garden T-shirt. And giving a Garden to her to your mail lady is just so epic! I give garden tours in my head also. We drank the best KoolAid in following Laura and Aaron.
Beautiful!! Not just the massive plants but also seeing Samantha wondering around, Aaron watering, and Benjamin there also just made it wonderful and peaceful! You are so blessed ❤
I turn on the video and see Laura planting 6 or 8 sunflowers. Ah, sweet. Turn my head a second and then see her adding a few more pots. Blink. All of a sudden there's 250 pots of flowers! Only Laura can create such magic without a stutter. Can't wait to see this entrance in its full glory!
WOW! This is going to be spectacular! While watching I was trying to figure out how many you were planting! That’s a lot of plants! You must pinch yourself at times and think “is this really happening?” Your garden has grown leaps and bounds since I’ve been watching (2019.) You are a hard worker that deserves it all. Such a pleasure to watch you and your growing garden and family. You are most definitely blessed with a wonderful life. 😊
it's really smart to put a gate up at the entrance! I would put a camera out there as well. Great idea! My mom's home up north has an entrance gate. Most people are kind but many were also curious and would be found on paths in the woods or by the pond if the gate was open. Not everyone understands that it's not polite to go on someone else's land.
That’s a very tactful way of saying it’s illegal and called trespassing when you aren’t invited. Not to mention rude, disrespectful and creepy in this current age of craziness!
Agree they totally need a gate! But why not at the very front of the property? City rules prohibiting it? That's where I would want it so no one could come on your property at all without going through the gate!
This should be a show stopper right at the beginning of the property! Have a great weekend everyone. Now let’s get out there and plant more than Laura…yeah right 😂
I'm loving the "silent" openings to the videos!! Honestly, if you put up a live cam from your house looking out over your gardens, I'd probably be on there everyday just watching the flowers and trees and listening to the breeze.
Absolutely tickled there’s a Saturday video. Laura seeing your family out together made my heart sing enjoying your family is why you and Aaron made this your jobs. What a dream🪴
Yay! A bonus on Saturday! You must be in phenomenal shape because the amount of physical labor you do every day is exhausting for me to even watch lol. Love the front entrance flowers and can’t wait to see them in a couple weeks or a month! Who’s gonna water them by hand every day?
@@coloraturaElise True, but it was a different day because she referred to some of the plants looking a bit tattered because of a storm the night before. Either way, They won’t water them by hand all summer; if they hadn’t already, they will run drip.
@@sheilastromberger2275 I live in the same town as Laura and Aaron... We had a massive flash flood around that time. High desert weather for ya. But oh we love it when it rains... there is flooding though. But it dries up quick within a day or so. :)
I have a feeling once Laura sees this all grown in this will become a regular annual bed. It’s going to look spectacular and be a beautiful entrance to the property.
Wow! I can't wait to see this fill in. It's going to be spectacular! You have 2 of my favorites - the superbena whiteout and scavola ... fun to see them in the mix!
This is so special seeing this on a Saturday and then also your whole family is doing this project. Sometimes when I am in my garden..... I realize just how much a part of my life you are. Tears of gratitude.
Samantha says” Daddy said no “ at the beginning of the video. I wonder what she wanted to do? How cute! That bed is going to be spectacular, great bonus video!🇨🇦
What a lovely surprise this Saturday morning! Thank you for the extra video this week! Looks beautiful and can’t wait for it to fill in…it’s going to be spectacular!
Good morning, Laura. We are benefiting from the colleges decision, and it will be exciting to see this area when these plants take off. Thanks for sharing on our Saturday, your the best. Hugs from N.C..❤️
Anyone else start counting up the money per plant to try and figure out how much a bed like that would cost a regular person?? 260 annuals x around $10 per plant! $$$$$ 🤑 I love watching these and seeing that I have the Sunflowers, Superbena, and the Salvia all represented in my own garden! All THANKS to Laura's education and guidance!
First of all, I don’t know if my heart can handle a Saturday video. And can I just say!!!!! You go girl…look at you fill that flower bed!❤❤❤ beautiful.
I feel like such a VIP for being subscribed to the highlights channel and being able to see todays bonus video! So many will have questions as to when you plated this later in the season, and those of us who are smart enough to subscribe here will know! 😂 🙌 This is going to be BEAUTIFUL!
Looks like a few years of college planting crunch jobs under your belt made this planting session seem less intimidating. So glad to see you doing a massive planting in some of the yet-to-be-developed areas of the property....it makes a tremendous impact on your drive-in and will help motivate fleshing out the rest of the bed.
Beautiful! I can’t believe you hadn’t planned to plant that area. I feel that it is such an important area leading up to your property. I would’ve thought it would’ve been one of the first places you would’ve planted.
The goodness just kept coming! Soo fun! I can’t do that many annuals but it was very exciting to see so many being planted. Can’t wait the see how they merge together!❤
Wow!! So enjoy your family flowing in and out of your videos. Keeping it real and normal. Thanks for all your hard work for our inspiration and enjoyment.
Wow you went to town with this. Already looks amazing, can't wait to see it in its prime. Definitely gonna have a massive impact. And great first impression coming up your drive. Think u should do something like this every year in that section

Laura, how did I miss this 😭? It's gorgeous 😍 🎉🎉❤! It was a sweet surprise after I was out in the garden, adding Mexican Beach Stones to a bed to slow down the rain water coming from the downspout! I then planted some King Tut Grass in the area to hold the dirt and mulch in place!
