Every company want experienced person but don’t want to train freshers.
Actually it's true. And when these freshers get job in abroad countries, then they say ki brain drain ho rahi hain humari country mein 😑😑😑
@@swinil1103 freshers take job bcs in India’s infrastructure is too poor. There is no proper connection. Everything is far connected. Especially the roads and traffic r worst.
Even mindset is responsible. People watch indian movies in which it represents foreign nation as safe nd good which actually it isn’t.
Freshers don't have dedication, a company needs. There are so many instances where they are hired but on the day of induction they don't appear. Some take training and leave. Some gains experience, get it on papers and leave the job for more money.

@siddharthsuresh9285 true to some extent. The majority of experienced people look for upskilling and growth within the org. But for freshers, whichever company shows them the money, they switch instantly.
Sometimes the employees are sincere but the bosses are outdated...🙄
Leave them & put them out in the pastures to graze!!
Some people in authority take advantage of thier experience and position and treat new interns with rudeness and disrespect. They won't even throw a glance at your work on which you might have spent hours. Instead of motivating and training they demotivate, disregard and publicly humiliate you to an extent that it takes away all your confidence and self worth. Sad to say such officials still do exist.
