Just hope if they legalize it that they do it countrywide. If they make a measure to legalize it only in your state/province vote NO.
I live in Colorado, the first state in the US to fully legalize weed and it’s the worst thing to happen to our state.
Yes legalizing weed is good, but the unintended consequences were horrible.
      - Since legalization in 2021 their was a large influx of people moving here. Housing prices have gone up nearly 300%.
      - Homeless population more than doubled and there are homeless campsites throughout the city.
      - Traffic is terrible, our roads were not designed for such a large population.
      - Because of the homelessness crime increased drastically.
Downtown used to be really nice and fun to go walk around. It is now a cesspool. Plus a lot of assholes from the big cities moved here and changed the whole atmosphere of the capital city, Denver.
Colorado was a well kept secret, one if not the best state to live in the US. Some of the best skiing and nature in the entire world. Small cities, great towns. We have lost some of that. Worst mistake Coloradans ever made was voting for the legalization of weed.

So they are literally fucking up the small people that can't even financially recover. Luckily in canada even when it was illegal the police i came across had better shit to do than arrest pot smokers.
Ironically tho now that its Legal more dealers have gotten arrested than before it was legal. Its cause there's laws preventing dispensaries from selling below a certain price so the grey market dealers always have better deals than legal weed.

The problem is, under the current fraudulent constitution which rules under Acts, not Laws it is a crime.
The only crime in any of that video is that government and the police have illegally, criminally, fraudulently with no lawful authority to do so, stepped away from the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution 1901, without a referendum required by law to do it.
The Commonwealth of Australia Constitution 1901 clearly states: An indissoluble constitution, that the only way it can be stood down is by referendum by the people, and no such referendum was ever held, and its all thanks to deceased Prime Minister Gough Whitlam, his action under 1901 is decreed as High Treason against the Monarch, and treason against the Australian masses.
The current constitution Australia Act Constitution 1986 implemented by Hawke and Keating was also implemented without referendum, making it completely illegal, fraudulent, treasonous and has no authority to stand.

    • @indiathylane2158

@@LogicalAspect1 Treasonous against the monarch? What exactly did that nasty Mr Whitlam do?
Strange that his actions (whatever they were) and those of Hawke seem to exist without any challenge. Perhaps august bodies like our High Court collectively lack the legal knowledge you possess?
Was Keating instrumental in these crimes against humanity, or did you just hate him?

    • @LogicalAspect1
      @LogicalAspect1 Рік тому +5

@india thylane Wow, just goes to show how little you know of Australian factual political history, if you had bothered to educate yourself by reading the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution 1901, it would have explained it for you, but no, you want me to exercise my energy in educating you to truth, because of your ignorance.
As I stated, the COAC 1901 states: an indissoluble constitution, which means it's can't be ignored, altered, modified, and stood down without a referendum required by law. Was there some part of that you don't comprehend? It certainly appears that way.
As for your attempt to belittle my educated intelligence on the matter, one of the things Whitlam did was alter the Judiciary Act. There was meant to be a separation of powers between government and the courts/law, but instead, the law society/ bar association/adjudicators decided to go along with it.
All in all, the Treason was committed by disobeying what the country's first and only official constitution stated. How is it, Treason? Quite simply that Australia was a dominion of the Monarch as claimed by Captain Cook. And Australian political officials, as since the 60s (Menzies government), where Governor Generals had taken it upon themselves to NOT pledge allegiance to the Queen/Monarch..... that is the first act of Treason.
Those who think they are in the know (recently quoted by some presumed officials) "the only way you can alter the constitution is via referendum." If that be true, where is the referendum to stand aside the COAC1901 or implement the current constitution Australia Act Constitution 1986, by Hawke and Keating?
There was NO referendum ever issued for either of them, which, if you were educated in such matters, 1) you would know this, and 2)you wouldn't be questioning my knowledge on it.
As for why has it been left unchallenged..... consider this.. 1, in the first Instance of Treason being committed 51 years ago (Whitlam) and nothing has been mentioned or done about it, doesn't negate the fact that it happened.....2 if as clearly obvious by your post, that many aren't aware of it, how could you react to something you are clearly oblivious too?
How have they gotten away with it for so long? There is a thing called acquiescence, and it means ... by your silence, you agree, the fact the you are unaware of events that happened in 1972, yet comply to the sanctions of today by compliance, means you agree to the treason that took place 51 years ago.
Ultimately, what you fail to comprehend/acknowledge due to your apparent lack of educating yourself to your own Australian political history is that....
The COAC1901 was a contract between the British subjects of the day and the Monarch. I bet you believe (wrongly, I might add) that Australia is still a part of the Commonwealth.
It is not because.... Whitlam made two exact copies of COAC1901, one copy he sat aside, and the other was altered to be the current illegal constitution that is in effect.
The current illegal constitution does not carry the words "Commonwealth" nor "Defender of the Faith" clearly depicted by its title Australia Act Constitution (circa 1986).
To prove a point..... tell me when Australia ever had a Queen, and show me the proof that the alleged Queen of Australia had a coronation in Australia.
Hell, even Queen Elizabeth's coronation was a globalised live event.
I can assure you, having been in Australia 53 years, that none of the things I have raised has ever taken place in Australia. Which means I was around when Gough Whitlam said......
"Whilst we may all say, God save the Queen, because nothing, will save the Governor General."
Now, the GG was up until the 60s, the royal emissary hand picked by the Queen, and was never intended to be a tier of government, it was the GG's responsibility to assist the masses to keep government in check, as opposed to the current regime where government has become rogue, due to the 1972 action committed. The GG was implemented into a tier of government. So when you look back at covid lock downs and people called for the GG to act, the GG didn't. Why? Because the GG was no longer a representative of the public (citizens under the Monarch) nor a royal emissary, but a government employee.
Same as the referendum in 1988 for the masses to vote upon to make council a tier of government, which returned a major vote of NO, yet council is a tier of government, various premiers have been quoted using the acronym LGA (Local Government Areas) but could also mean (Local Government Agents).
Knowledge is power and sheeple do as they are told, you work out for yourself which label best suits your position in Aus.
If I was a guessing man.... you're a, yes sir, I'll jump sir, I'll vote sir, I'll do as I'm told Sir. Because you are too damn lazy to educate yourself to the truth that THEY don't want you to know.
You are in NO position to attempt to insult me with your words because you are uneducated to political historical fact.
And just to drive the nail in that little bit deeper,
There is a book (and also available on Audiobooks) just incase you aren't capable of reading) titled:
      Australian Political & Religious Leaders
      Treason, Treachery & Sabotage
      By Dick Yardly.
The book explains in detail what happened when it happened and by who, along with illustrations.
Oh, just one more thing, do a search on Australian currency in the 60s and take note (literally) what is written on the notes, then compare them with one's after 1986 if you don't see it, then you'll never believe the truth.
This rabbit hole goes very deep and more than what I am prepared to educate on. So do yourself the favour and get the audiobook, at least you'll only have to listen and not strain yourself from reading.

@@indiathylane2158 I 100% agree with your statement and we welcome a police presence at these meets, But this could be achieved with a single police vehicle rather than the 3 or 4 we often see. We keep hearing about the lack of available police to attend other matters that are usually more serious, So I personally think they should be using the available resources with a little more care and consideration.

They have no more authority than a Woolworths Security Guard except some Fat A$$hole who claims to have Authority told them that they can go Bully the General Populace and gave them a Gun....

@@HGCUPCAKES the government has no say, effing plants can't be illegal. It's also not government's business what I may eat, drink, smoke, snort or even inject into my body
Government has only a say because people have been brainwashed with the idea that there are 'good' drugs and evil ones

Being a police officer is not a ‘job’, it’s a ‘duty’ and if anyone in law enforcement ever use the ‘I’m just doing my job’ while in violation of basic human rights, those aren’t police officers, but state enforcers and I’m tired of conservatives giving them a pass when they do stuff like this.

THE problem is that the younger generations of police are being TAUGHT to behave like this by the previous generations!
When I was growing up the police knew they were their for the benefit of the tax payers, and treated the public with respect.
That changed at some point to wanting to feel in control and to exert authority over the public!
That MUST change back to the way it was - if the police want the respect of the public ever again!
If they feel above that, then the animosity and resistance to everyday activities will only grow and probably develop into something a LOT more sinister - on both sides!

I used to be for legalise the green but then I realised the state would tax the hell out of it like they do with tobacco. So I'm happy to keep it in the black market.
