Vampires inhabited this castle, and they threw the best parties... Humans were invited, and only the brave would dare to step foot near the castle. Most knew the dangers, and considered them just that. But Kieran- he was a curious man. He wouldn’t rest until he got the chance to dance among the mythical people. Kieran had gotten entry to the ball, and felt eyes on his neck. He wasn’t surprised at all, for everyone knew necks were a vampire’s favorite place to drink from. In fact, Kieran was hoping to be drank from. He wanted to know what it felt like. As he waltzed through the ballroom, admiring the beautiful ball gowns and fancy suits, he spotted a girl. She had the most wonderful ball gown of them all, it suck out from the eerie feel of the castle. She was, unlike the others, unmasked. She possessed unblemished pale skin, glorious red eyes, long raven black hair, and full red lips. She was breath taking. And with Kieran’s curious nature, he wanted a dance with her. The vampire king himself was this girls father. “May I have a dance?” Kieran extended a hand to the girl and bowed. She gave an unamused look, for many men had offered her a dance tonight. None of them would dance as well as Kieran, and none were as good looking. With a deep breath, she took his hand and they began to dance to the eerie music. Both were experts at the art of dancing, and ended up trying to compete during their dance. “If I can dance better than you, I get to taste your blood.” The girl whispered into Kieran’s ear. “Deal. And if I win, which I will. I get your name.” He smirked. She returned the smile and they danced until their feet were sore- each saying they had won. After a moment of arguments, they decided they were at a tie and would dance again the next night, for this one was over. But, their meetings and dances were far from over.... And every night, they would dance to this song and boast of their own skill. Each never knowing the other’s name, and not caring. The girls youth lasted for ever, and Kieran eventually grew too old to dance. He died an alone man, for he had always loved the girl but never wanted a vampire life. Soon after Kieran’s death, the girl jumped off of the cliff by the castle. She wished to be with him, and dance once again. (By me

It was a cold night in that castle outside the city, the dance of the masked was expected ... Beautiful lights adorned that old building, petals of rose in the garden, candles adorned the floor of the castle and when I entering wonderful contortionists danced to the sound of music ... When suddenly I saw a beautiful woman sitting in the background with a crimson mask, I was shocked to see that kind of beauty that radiated around her, I was curious I approach to her and began to sound this maginific piece ... She was confused to see me and she accept a dance with me, I touch her delicate hands and we dance to the rhythm of the composition ... 1 ... 2 ... 3 1 ... 2 ... 3 We felt that the floor was moving away from us and with such beauty I realized that this music had bewitched the castle and its guests of course ... As the fluorescent light of the moon slowly began to rise, so did his heartbeat. The way it never has before, 1..2..3..1..2..3.. Her lips were the color of crimson blood and skin so fair she could compare to a doll. The fair maiden smiled so graciously that she put Aphrodite to shame, her hair of burning embers caressed her cheeks so softly you would think it was the wind. He may have been a hungry man but never hungry for love. Eyes quickly glistened as he tried so effortlessly to swiftly make his way to the fair maiden until the clock struck, immediately stopping the music when you see her turn her head you also witness the life drain out of her eyes leaving no clue whether she was terrified of the man or in love. Or yet, terrified about how much she was in love.
As I stepped inside the strange castle, I could hear the large door behind me shut with a loud thud. My heart stopped as I twirled around, only to spot a light heading towards a specific area of the castle. The Ballroom. In attempt to find civilization, I made my way towards the light. Only until I was just barely close to the entrance, could I hear the most magnificent sound. The ballroom had began to produce an enticing, elegant tune. One fit for a royal waltz for a prince and princess. It brought me back to my good old days of being a chef for French royalty. Watching the princesses glorious, shiny white wedding dress shimmer from the chandelier and lights bouncing off the sequins whilst her fiancé danced alone side her to the melody that seemed to entrance them. They would glare at each other with such love in their eyes. So much love that I believe that it had been their destiny to find each other, as god would have wanted. But only if I had known what the prince had planned for his poor, poor princess on the night of their wedding. If only I had know that he were to lure her into the garden and strike a dagger straight through her young heart. The thought of the scene made me shiver with guilt and dread. Why hadn't I kept an eye on him when I saw that damned smirk grow on his disgusting face? Why had I not talked to the king himself? Oh the look on his face when he heard his poor daughter dead. As my thoughts faded from me, so did the music. My sweat was cold and I could barely focus on the task at hand. I made my way into the ballroom, hoping that it had all been a terrible dream. He sighed when he saw the cold, empty ballroom. "..Life just isn't all gorgeous, is it?" (Written by me at like,,,2 in the morning!!))

Does anyone else feel like owning a castle in Transylvania and having a 10man orchestra play this while you have dinner with your lover. Just the two of you, on one of those long tables under a chandelier.
Although the night was no longer as young as it had been hours ago, there was still a light airiness to the party. Guests who hid their faces in dimming candlelight twirled across the floor, their gowns trailing behind them. "A golden dress for a golden party," my mother had said, watching as the servents straightened out the flowing gown. It glimmered in the sunlight, sparkling across the fitting room walls. How my mother was able to obtain the dress, I have no idea. Our savings were running dry and attending this party was my mother's solution. The sleeves fell to my shoulders, my neck a bare sight and decorated in freckles. I glanced into the mirror and saw that in the view of my fellow humans, I could still be seen as nothing more than a spoiled rich girl. To the eyes of a vampire, I was a gift, more or less, dessert. "Excuse me," a stranger said in a calm voice as if noticing how deep I was into my thoughts. "Yes?" I replied, a rushing wave of fake confidence returning back to me. A voice in my head scolded me for letting my guard down in a palace full of bloodsuckers. "Would it be alright if I had the next dance with the lovely lady in front of me?" The stranger asked, a gloved hand held itself out to me. It couldn't hurt to dance, could it? _You're here for a reason,_ the voice hissed, and I gave a curt nod. I gently placed my own to the palm and led me to the floor. It was hard to make out my partner's features. The mask was quite large, with two elongated horns out on either side of the head, enough to cover the entire face except for a pair of pale pink lips. It was a wonder how the top hat was able to stay on without clashing against the horns. For clothes, a standard, dark suit, seemed to be tailored for a smaller frame although were no taller than me. We moves gracefully across the floor, eventually gliding our way to the center. "I don't often get to do this sort of thing," the stranger mentioned softly, eyes gazing at me as if I understood. "I would assume dancing isn't an uncommon pastime here," I answered. "Not that, I meant something else," a sigh, "If you want to discuss the parties, it's really not. I don't often get to dance as usually I don't have to right patner but when I do, it feels like I'm dancing for hours." I laughed, "Like that aforementioned curse? The one where humans are stuck dancing until a vampire eats them." "I wouldn't say that but," a quiet whisper reaches my ear, "sometimes I wonder if it works on vampires too." For a moment, I was stunned. Silence engulfed us for a moment until, "It's a bit bothersome isn't it? All the people, watching?" I shrugged, glancing over my shoulder, "I wouldn't know, I haven't been to these sorts of parties since I was a little girl." My partner stopped moving for a moment, which was the unfortunate time for me to stumble on black shoes. I began apologizing immediately but only recieved a small smile. "Come, I've gotten bored of these formalities," and with our hands entwined, we ran for the palace garden outside. The moonlight shone bright throughout the garden, out and open for anyone to look out and see the commotion. "Might I see your face?" I asked, awaiting rejection. "Are you prepared to see what is under it?" "You called me lovely, the least I could do is call you the same." My fingers softly gripped the mask, as my partner removed the top hat to make it easier and a bundle of long, chocolate hair fell along the sides of a face. Soft curves, long lashes, and sparkling, crimson eyes. She was lovely. "Your face is bright red," she whispered, hand now moved to cup my cheek, "I'm sorry if you're disgusted by me." "No," I assured, "none of that." "Are you sure?" "When can we meet again?" I asked, our faces much closer than before. "Who's to say," she said, her crimson eyes glowing in the moonlit sky, "that is, unless you would prefer it?" I kissed her sweetly, her lips gentle against my own. Although cold, I couldn't help myself to wrap my arms around her neck, threading my fingers in her long, silky hair. As I reached forward, her hands slid around my waist, feeling the corset ribbon up and down as if it were my back. "How much longer," she exhales, "can you stay?" "Who's to say," I softly chuckle, "maybe if that curse kicks in, I'd be all yours." "I'd have to devour you in the end." "The curse never specified how a vampire may devour their prey," a playful smile appears on my lips and a joined one on hers' agrees. "Have you ever wanted to spend the night in a vampire's bed?" "I'm not sure, but I'd love to give it a try." (Otherwise known as my bisexual ass got bored of all the straight couples in the comments and wanted to be swooned by women. Eyes quickly glistened as he tried so effortlessly to swiftly make his way to the fair maiden until the clock struck, immediately stopping the music when you see her turn her head you also witness the life drain out of her eyes leaving no clue whether she was terrified of the man or in love. Or yet, terrified about how much she was in love.

I became immortal for 3 minutes
As I stepped inside the strange castle, I could hear the large door behind me shut with a loud thud. My heart stopped as I twirled around, only to spot a light heading towards a specific area of the castle. The Ballroom. In attempt to find civilization, I made my way towards the light. Only until I was just barely close to the entrance, could I hear the most magnificent sound. The ballroom had began to produce an enticing, elegant tune. One fit for a royal waltz for a prince and princess. It brought me back to my good old days of being a chef for French royalty. Watching the princesses glorious, shiny white wedding dress shimmer from the chandelier and lights bouncing off the sequins whilst her fiancé danced alone side her to the melody that seemed to entrance them. They would glare at each other with such love in their eyes. So much love that I believe that it had been their destiny to find each other, as god would have wanted. But only if I had known what the prince had planned for his poor, poor princess on the night of their wedding. If only I had know that he were to lure her into the garden and strike a dagger straight through her young heart. The thought of the scene made me shiver with guilt and dread. Why hadn't I kept an eye on him when I saw that damned smirk grow on his disgusting face? Why had I not talked to the king himself? Oh the look on his face when he heard his poor daughter dead. As my thoughts faded from me, so did the music. My sweat was cold and I could barely focus on the task at hand. I made my way into the ballroom, hoping that it had all been a terrible dream. He sighed when he saw the cold, empty ballroom. "..Life just isn't all gorgeous, is it?"

Louis entered the great salon where every guest couple danced at their own rythm,but his eyes were solely focused on a lonely person that wasn't celebrating the patron's birthday.Walking towards him,he got close enough to whisper at his ear:"Fancy seeing you here alone.Not enjoying the music?". He smirk to himself at the small shiver the other made,a smile that grew as it was Lestrat the lonely partner. The vampires gave each other a bow and without any words,they went to the centre of the ball to dance to the eerie music. The audience was in awe with their grace and passion,but they were invisibles to the two friends, who for the rest of the night nevwr took eyes off the other, heart and mind connected in the moment. Yet Louis knew,deep down,that these dance would come to an end...And before the song ended,he grabbed Lestrat by the waist,earning a cute squeak of surprise,and burrowed his face in the man's neck, his fangs grazimg the pale skin."One more song?" He asked,looking up from his eyelashes."One more"growled his partner,his arms linked the other's neck and desire burning in his bright gold eyes.

This song is bringing out the artist in me.
Although the night was no longer as young as it had been hours ago, there was still a light airiness to the party. Guests who hid their faces in dimming candlelight twirled across the floor, their gowns trailing behind them.
"A golden dress for a golden party," my mother had said, watching as the servents straightened out the flowing gown. It glimmered in the sunlight, sparkling across the fitting room walls. How my mother was able to obtain the dress, I have no idea. Our savings were running dry and attending this party was my mother's solution. The sleeves fell to my shoulders, my neck a bare sight and decorated in freckles. I glanced into the mirror and saw that in the view of my fellow humans, I could still be seen as nothing more than a spoiled rich girl. To the eyes of a vampire, I was a gift, more or less, dessert.
"Excuse me," a stranger said in a calm voice as if noticing how deep I was into my thoughts.
"Yes?" I replied, a rushing wave of fake confidence returning back to me. A voice in my head scolded me for letting my guard down in a palace full of bloodsuckers.
"Would it be alright if I had the next dance with the lovely lady in front of me?" The stranger asked, a gloved hand held itself out to me. It couldn't hurt to dance, could it?
_You're here for a reason,_ the voice hissed, and I gave a curt nod.
I gently placed my own to the palm and led me to the floor. It was hard to make out my partner's features. The mask was quite large, with two elongated horns out on either side of the head, enough to cover the entire face except for a pair of pale pink lips. It was a wonder how the top hat was able to stay on without clashing against the horns. For clothes, a standard, dark suit, seemed to be tailored for a smaller frame although were no taller than me. We moves gracefully across the floor, eventually gliding our way to the center.
"I don't often get to do this sort of thing," the stranger mentioned softly, eyes gazing at me as if I understood.
"I would assume dancing isn't an uncommon pastime here," I answered.
"Not that, I meant something else," a sigh, "If you want to discuss the parties, it's really not. I don't often get to dance as usually I don't have to right patner but when I do, it feels like I'm dancing for hours."
I laughed, "Like that aforementioned curse? The one where humans are stuck dancing until a vampire eats them."
"I wouldn't say that but," a quiet whisper reaches my ear, "sometimes I wonder if it works on vampires too."
For a moment, I was stunned. Silence engulfed us for a moment until, "It's a bit bothersome isn't it? All the people, watching?"
I shrugged, glancing over my shoulder, "I wouldn't know, I haven't been to these sorts of parties since I was a little girl."
My partner stopped moving for a moment, which was the unfortunate time for me to stumble on black shoes. I began apologizing immediately but only recieved a small smile.
"Come, I've gotten bored of these formalities," and with our hands entwined, we ran for the palace garden outside.
The moonlight shone bright throughout the garden, out and open for anyone to look out and see the commotion.
"Might I see your face?" I asked, awaiting rejection.
"Are you prepared to see what is under it?"
"You called me lovely, the least I could do is call you the same."
My fingers softly gripped the mask, as my partner removed the top hat to make it easier and a bundle of long, chocolate hair fell along the sides of a face. Soft curves, long lashes, and sparkling, crimson eyes. She was lovely.
"Your face is bright red," she whispered, hand now moved to cup my cheek, "I'm sorry if you're disgusted by me."
"No," I assured, "none of that."
"Are you sure?"
"When can we meet again?" I asked, our faces much closer than before.
"Who's to say," she said, her crimson eyes glowing in the moonlit sky, "that is, unless you would prefer it?"
I kissed her sweetly, her lips gentle against my own. Although cold, I couldn't help myself to wrap my arms around her neck, threading my fingers in her long, silky hair. As I reached forward, her hands slid around my waist, feeling the corset ribbon up and down as if it were my back.
"How much longer," she exhales, "can you stay?"
"Who's to say," I softly chuckle, "maybe if that curse kicks in, I'd be all yours."
"I'd have to devour you in the end."
"The curse never specified how a vampire may devour their prey," a playful smile appears on my lips and a joined one on hers' agrees.
"Have you ever wanted to spend the night in a vampire's bed?"
"I'm not sure, but I'd love to give it a try."
(Otherwise known as my bisexual ass got bored of all the straight couples in the comments and wanted to be swooned by women. Hope you enjoyed my pettiness)
