It does. Remember this was after the fact that the stormtroopers were just deployed there and then failed. So what do they do? Send the battle hardened experienced clones to take care of business. The empire really shit the bed completing retiring them. I understand stopping production to reduce costs. But they could have kept the ones loyal around and if they got too old to serve, simply use them as trainers or deck officers. They’re not just brainless soldiers they have very strategic minds even the worst of them.

I always wanted to see Clones become Imperial Clone Troopers in the show. Bad Batch gave us this dream ❤
My biggest grip with the show is that we should have had more episodes like this. My hot take is that the Bad Batch aren't really interesting protagonists other then being The A Team/Delta Squad but they're raising a small child. I feel like the show would have been better as serialized anthology titled "The Dark Times." or something, idrk. I would have liked to see the clones becoming the first stormtroopers, struggling with the aftermath of Order 66 and the Empire and over a period of time, coming to their senses and realizing they can atone for their actions. I mean sure the rise of the Empire was "technically" explored but I feel like a deeper dive would have been better then every single episode being "Bad Batch fetch quest for Cid number whatever" They could even recanonise stuff like the Reconquest of the Rim, the complex relationship between the clones and recruited stormtroopers and Rex leading the clones rebellion as a grand finale before he Wolffe and Gregor retire to Seelos. Probably my biggest turn off with the show and many others (Mandolorian, Ahsoka, Acolyte, etc) is that the main narrative of the stories are always hijacked to shoehorn in the god awful sequel trilogy and "somehow Palpatine returned." Ok, rant over but that's just my two cents. Feel free to reply with your thoughts, it's a free country. May the force be with you.
Me: The perfect mix between action scene and character-driven scene does not exist. Also me: watching THAT shot down the barrel... and the extemely confident, ice cold, patient, precise, controlled prepping that preceded it. (Picks up jaw from floor.😂)
you know what i thought of instead of throwing a slower emp grenade slowly into a driodica shield just build a grenade like crab that slowly crawls into the energy sheild after being thrown to release a EMP wave (also build the crab to be EMP resistant) that way you can reuse multiple rounds of EMP waves on a single crab and if it gets shot well you got extra that can be reused EMP grenades are simple throw and EMP wave EMP grennade crab are simple too simply throw and have it crawl into the sheild and EMP wave after destorying the robots go fetch the crab to use it again
Damn Nova was so good
nova was a beast with grenades
this shows how effective the clone really are

I wish we could have seen Nova during the Clone Wars
you know what i thought of
instead of throwing a slower emp grenade slowly into a driodica shield
just build a grenade like crab that slowly crawls into the energy sheild after being thrown to release a EMP wave (also build the crab to be EMP resistant)
that way you can reuse multiple rounds of EMP waves on a single crab

EMP grenades are simple throw and EMP wave
EMP grennade crab are simple too simply throw and have it crawl into the sheild and EMP wave
after destorying the robots go fetch the crab to use it again
almost reminds me of seeker mins from the division conceptually
Well Nova went out with a bang
How most explosive experts or grenadiers know they’ll go out
Thanks for posting this
