I believe the song sung by the woman speaking to Liberty s dad, was beautiful. She is singing from a place of hurt. The church has hurt a lot of people yet love is what God has always wanted us to preach.
Unfortunately, not every Christian understands this.

Most ppl r full of contradictions & hypocrits & see no problem being that way.
My personal opinion is if they got rid of the words that sound so bad, or maybe I just been conditioned by society where I got convinced they sound bad -> I m not 100% sure which it is altho I kinda think the words lesian & queer & even gay sound bad or just have a history that makes the words sound more offensive then their meanings -> get words to replace these that sound pleasant.
Liberty’s dad encouraging her to settle down soon at only 24 years old is very relatable. My mother is not so subtlety encouraging me to have kids since I was 19!! I’m in my twenties now and needless to say I still have no plans for that anytime soon.
This is a sweet movie, didn’t expect this to be entertaining specially its barely known. I always find B movies here in UA-cam and turns out to be better than some Netflix movies
