Do you see the brackets on each side bulging outward? I am seeing this on my garage door brackets and am worried if the springs are pushing outward when they are wound up. I had one cotter pin sheer off and the center shaft ended up pulled inside the bracket and lying inside the spring right next to the bracket (thank god the spring did not launch across the garage). Is there lateral tension from the springs being wound up? I now fear in that all that potential is being held at bay by a cotter pin?? What do you see on yours? Mine is a 10x10 tracrite 944 as well... Its identical to your door in this video..
