To the people who all are saying Start ups are always associated with risk, what's new in this video(it's like you are speaking the problem statement twice thinking u r answering). No is explaining them like this(WHICH is the answer actually), especially the emotional asspect, it's very tough to tackle. Great content Buddy! 🔥

Just some feedback - the coherence wasn't there. You only talked about financial risk and emotional risks and took examples from Avalon, which was insightful . But it wasn't clear why I shouldn't startup. Risks are always associated with startups, it wasn't a new value addition.
Thanks for the feedback, but at the end of the video I mention that while there are several other risks, most of those are manageable (and in future episodes we will tackle some of them). Have legal problems? I'm making a video to tackle that. Have product-market fit problems? I'm making a video to tackle that. However, emotional and financial risks are the only ones that you will learn the hard way :(

I dont agree with many of your points. I don't think elon musk absorbs all the risks of tesla or whatever companies he's founded. Also I don't think starting up is too difficult. Its definitely challenging but the most difficult thing to do is being a sales person for a company, especially when your boss doesn't explain properly about the features of the product or service of the company that you are supposed to sell. I know this because I did sales briefly for multiple companies across different industries, both b2c and b2b. Companies were all different but the one common thing was never getting proper info about the specific product I had to sell. How on earth can you sell a product you don't understand? I am sure that sales girl preparing for masters had this reason for not performing. So her non performance is most likely her manager's fault. Unfortunately the managers never get in trouble and its the poor lower level employees who have to face the consequences
You mentioned your approval led to losing 12 lakh on that marketing effort but still you say that anyone spending more than a lakh need your approval. Don't you think its better you delegate that approval responsibility to someone else? Especially when you have ton of things to do. And to ensure the responsibility is taken seriously you can warn of termination if anything goes wrong
