I think it will be a goood idea as it is A great way of marketing.
This video sums up introducing cold calling in the best way possible. As a b2b sales professional selling digital manufacturing solutions, my sales cycle has a minimum timeframe of 3- 6 months or more depending on the client. For me, cold emails have had a better response ratio than cold calling, the reason being the buyer persona I target are in manufacturing and generally are always busy. Well I want to do more cold calls after this video haha ! Also, what platforms do we target to get accurate phone numbers in our country? It would be great if you could help out. Again, great content ! Hope you are doing well.

But some people say there's is no leverage in cold calling.For example if you have a patent and you want to licence it to some company.So you can't just cold call the company and pitch.People say you should contact someone that works for company or have good relationship with them and ask them to give your reference.

Cold calls are a tool * meant * to start a professional relationships. Don't sell on the first call, the goal is to get the next meeting.
