The dark knight and caped crusader easter egg is a reference to how both raiden and sub zero are dlc fighters in injustice 2.

Not to mention that Shang Tsung is played by and modeled after Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa. Who was Shang Tsung in the movie.
If you put Shao Kahn against Kung Lao he'll say that he'll poison and destroy the Shaolin, to which KL replies "then I'll lay my vengeance upon you.", which is a reference to Pulp Fiction's Ezekiel 25:17.
Also one of Shang Tsung’s lines is “Your soul is mine”. That’s a line that he says in the movie and the whole concept of him being able to steal souls was created in the movie

You missed one movie reference with Johnny Cage and Skarlet facing off, where Johnny asks her to repeat herself, she replies 'As the Gods as my witness, I'll never go thirsty again', a take on 'As God as my witness, I'll never go hungry again ', a line from Scarlet O'Hara in Gone with Wind. Johnny, of course, replies 'Frankly my dear, I don't give a damn'.

There is one easter egg that I have not seen people catch. If you beat the arcade / tournament mode with noob saibot he says the following reference. "Now, I am become Death. Destroyer of Worlds". This phrase originally comes from ancient Hindu story, Bhagavad Gita. However, it was famously used by J. Robert Oppenheimer, director of the Manhattan Project during WWII. He uttered this phrase after witnessing the first atomic bomb detonation. This is a very, very important reference that people, especially in the US, should know.
It is also a line from the song, "Earth is On Hell" from the American Metal Band "Anthrax" as well!

Adding in to the Mortal Kombat Movie references, Shang Tsung in this game is voiced by Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa, who played as him in the Mortal Kombat Movie.
Also, for the Dark Knight and Caped Crusader reference, the reason the dialogue happens with Sub-Zero and Raiden could be because they were guest characters in Injustice 2, which did have Batman and Robin (or Superman, like you said).

If you have Johnny Cage face off with Geras, Geras's first line can sometimes be "I have seen things you wouldn't believe."
This being a reference to Roy Baty's Tears in the Rain monologue from the sci-fi classic Blade Runner.
Other than that, Johnny Cage will sometimes say "It's game over, man" when he lands a Brutality. He also said that when you fight an Alien in MKX, being a reference to Alien.
In the Tarkatan War Camp map, to the right of the map next to the spear interactable, you can see one of Kabal’s hookswords

You missed the step brothers reference, Jacqui vs Jacqui, will give you complimenting each other they one says "did we just become best friends" then its konfirmed by one of her skins called "Shake & Bake"
The one with Sub Zero guessing Raiden's dream makes sense because they were both DLC characters in Injustice 2
Also, in the krypt, the Reptile statue from the movie is there. It gives a little cutscene with Reptile appearing then running away.

I understand why every character is difficult to being into one game as the balancing on them would be insanely time consuming, I assume. I still wish for it to happen one day. All past characters playable in one MK game.
Anyways, one thing I do think they could do and would just require to create them (time, I know) are the past match finishers. Animalities, Friendships, Babalities, etc.
Theres one with Erron Black & Sub-Zero, when Sub-Zero asks what would Erron Black prefered, he said "I'd fight a goddamn space cowboy"

Fun fact about the Skyrim arrow to the knee meme, there's a second version of it which I got to witness firsthand. I don't know where all this one can happen but i want to say that i was in Dragonreach near the Jarl's place (if i am remembering location right). I was talking to a guard who says this "I was once an adventurer like you. Till I took a SWORD to the chest." as this line is being spoken it got even crazier as said guard was picked up and carried away by a dragon.
If you do sub zeros uppercut into the spikes brutality, you can mash down or hold down "not to sure" and they will fall from the spikes, cool little easteregg from mk2
