Animal of the day! The Bichir fish!

Bichirs are a freshwater fish that comes from east and central Africa that look like snakes or dinosaurs depending on the species. They can get 2 feet long and have a voracious appetite. Another cool fact about bichirs is that they can breathe air for certain amounts of time and can crawl around on the ground. A very cool species and I definitely recommend them for anyone who likes exotic fish.
