it's late, this video sucks but in terms of game mechanics double Headstriker is the way to go since Deadly Strike on a weapon counts as a local modifier so the offhand weapon doesnt get the Deadly Strike chance which means double HS is actually superior to grief HS setup tho it doesn't really matter as it never has any practical use in the game
Better to go with one grief and one headstriker. Using two really doesn't help.

I'm not that sure about it, but I think your merc may be missing some hits. Maybe casting battle cry would help him.
could you test the same setup with eth upped guardian angel? fortitude shatters the corpses

Headstriker prevent monster heal doing work in Trav
PMH doesn't work on mercs, it's like Clone diablo, you have to either keep him Open wounded or hit him yourself to have him stop healing with PMH.
they can still heal each other i believe
