It's broadly about the general feeling of anger and loneliness that anyone can relate to and you've broken down pretty well here. But as part of the soundtrack to Wakanda forever, he's also putting us in Shuri's emotional state.
Throughout the film, there's a feeling of being alone and wanting to burn everything down. There's the scene at the beginning of the film, when Shuri is talking to Queen Ramonda and she talks about 'burning it all down' due to her hurt from losing T'Challa. There's the scene where Ramonda is screaming about how she's Queen but she's alone and has lost her entire family. And where the song comes on in the movie is where Shuri is contemplating burning it all down after she lost Ramonda and became the black panther. He sings about memories and how they give him the strength to keep on fighting, which is a reference to the spirit of the past black panthers which Shuri interacts with after becoming the black panther herself. He's basically Shuri, singing about how the memories of her ancestors (the past black panthers) would give her the strength to keep fighting at this moment where she feels alone having lost her mum and her brother and wants to burn everything down.

An interesting one, tbh.
My impression is that, in focusing in on translating every line (Pidgin and Yoruba definitely needed; reiterating the English not so much), you shot passed linking the lines together, to then tell the story of the actual song.
Someone's world is utterly falling apart, in a space where they have no one else they feel they can lean on to help, so they hold even firmer and tighter to God, to try and get them through this suffering, with the memories from before helping the cause too.
