- Governor Ron DeSantis will sign HB 1285, scaling back book ban laws in Florida public schools. The bill also caps the number of challenges on school materials an individual can make in a year.

Title is misleading. A book ban is when you ban ALL of one or more particular book from being sold. This is NOT a book ban. This is removing/restricting certain inappropriate books for minors in state (taxpayer funded) school libraries. Anybody can still go and buy any of these books either in a book store or online and they will be fine.
The bible should be banned also. Not suitable for children.

@@truth4004 man wrote the bible 50 years after the death of Jesus and the Church decided which books to include based on their beliefs. There was no such thing as an immaculate conception. Mary was Jesus wife, not his mother as attested to one of the recently found books(scrolls) from the lost sea scrolls. You can also see that the books were placed into the bible without cross referencing them as there are many conflicts with the books that contradict each other.

My ex husband and I should have been like most Spaniards traditional values mindset parameters and bought a vacation condo in Miami Florida. Pensacola Beach Florida instead, has been nothing but a disaster tragedy to us all. Proven Redneck Riviera mentalities, mainly only all about money.
Many years ago my stepdad was offered a medical professorship job in Miami Florida, including free college for us all as his children. Definitely my kids are hip about Miami Florida. Totally scorn where I live now as a result of what done to me.
