You guys really need to get a dealer down in the McAllen Texas area. Wright is all over Houston, San Antonio and Austin. These things are beast. I bought a Velkie 32" used with 75hrs and it is wonderful. Now I want a stander.
This is a great Video! Thank you. Perfect overlook. What an awesome Machine. I am seriously considering buying on although i am not a commercial contractor.
Hands down one of the best mid ride on 36" mower. The handing and balance is amazing. Don't know why wright discontinued line. I have the sport RH 36 and this sport I one.
I 100% agree. My sport RH is the best rider in my fleet. I don't know why its been discontinued, the seat is a god send. If it was available I'd buy one tomorrow. Please bring it back.
so synchronistic. I just asked Ramona about differen0ces not to this extent. This is great info .Im the guy full of questions has run me over with one.
Baught 36" and 48" this year 2019.. was ransome bobcat walkbehinds for 20+ years.. never an knee issue till i started standing on the Sport I's .. is there an adjustment on the foot platform to correct a knee issue??
unrelated question, would putting a pre-cleaner weather cap with a fan in it, to remove contaminants on a canister air filter restrict the air flow to the engine in any way?
I have a 32in gravely walk behind and I didn't know the pistol grip would kill my fingers/ hands so bad. I need a different mower that doesn't make my hands/ fingers hurt so bad. I was looking at the 32 in wright stander and my question to you is will it give the rider finger/ hand fugtig controlling the stander? thanks
Go to our website and click the "buy now" button to see the price list. I'd love to open a dealer near you--where are you? We have people from all over the work who buy them out-of-area, from Nepal to Brazil!
You mean Ferris made a Sport? We used to have a mower called the Sentar and both Ferris and Hustler made versions of it but for patent reasons they had to put a seat switch in it, which made for limited success. -Ed
since i have your ear for a second: will you guys ever make a small stander (below 36) with a flip down wing deck so it will fit through a gate but still be a 48" mower, im about to build my own using the spindle from a blower unit and make it an attachment for my 36" walk behind. everything needed is already available but the deck itself and i think i can cut one apart to make what i need. would much prefer to buy one thats built for it though. (this would sell huge if guys starting out could have one mower instead of 2 for all their needs.
also i know one of these has been made before but they make it the wrong size (turned a 48" into a 60"), this doesnt appeal to the average lawncare guy where the smaller one would appeal to both small and large companies, they could make use of the larger mower most of the time and flip up the deck when they wanted the smaller size.
OP GAMING, You can check out the price list here (note the big savings in pre-season months): www.wrightmfg.com/wp-content/uploads/price_list/Power_Equipment_MSRP_2017_a_eff_2016_08_29_rev_2017_06_20b.pdf?6d2a06
I know the Velke is the hill handler, and the standers are more productive. Does the stander handle hills with the same stability as a walk behind, when you walk behind it? Trying to decide on versatility vs productivity. Thanks.
Our standers have the platform right between the wheels, perfectly balanced, so there is no need to step off the mower.. If you need something that is highly productive AND hugs hills, the Stander ZK could be your ticket. We are actually running a 12% (~$1000) off sale at the moment (until April), check out our homepage. Happy Spring!
this mower has changed productivity and my mood.. worth every penny
Glad to hear! Thanks, Ed
Wright is still the King of Standers.

Thanks! Best of wishes this spring!

@@WrightMowers ill have to give that a shot!

.Im the guy full of questions
has run me over with one.
Nice job Ed!
Thank you. Ed
2:50 Spring some Fluid Film on those :-) Love that stuff.
Ed- Make this seat optional so you could add it or take it off and you would sell a lot of these....
I just asked the same question. Be great to have the option.
The seat would be a nice optional acc for all models 48" and larger for those people who do larger property's

Why is it that no one incorporates a open/close chute pedal for discharge?
Deere has that as an option. And others aftermarket s available
Hi I got a question. What tape of fuel is the best for the brand new machine?
unrelated question, would putting a pre-cleaner weather cap with a fan in it, to remove contaminants on a canister air filter restrict the air flow to the engine in any way?
Interesting. I own a Stander X 52". Could it be fitted with this seat, as an option when wanted?
Technically yes, but the handlebars will be too far away. -Ed
I can def see that. I really like standing now. Not sure I would even want to sit again👍
Is Wright planning on looking at Battery Commercial mowers in the future?
Please let this become available in a 32"!!!
We do make a Stander in 32":

I meant the Sport I Stander for 32" . Does WRIGHT ever any plans to make a 32" stander with Sport I features?
I want one ! Any dealers near Tyler, Texas ?
Can i buy seat and seat bracket?
There are aftermarket options but you cant add the seat from the Sport to the Stander I
I'd love to get one but they're very expensive for such a small machine..
I finally got my Sport I.. its beautiful. ED... is there a way to attach a Tine Tow Dethatcher?

Scotty, It will be way easier than the Gravely. -Ed
can you make an attachment for that seat!? I have a stander x
It would be nice it it was possible. In theory the Sport X seat could fit on a Stander X however the controls would be hard to reach :(
I wonder what they cost and I don't know if they have a wright dealer near me I see some people using them

So you guys made a ferris?

My dealer charges $150 to demo. If you buy it then it goes towards the bill but if you don't he keeps it. Does that sound normal?
Hell no that's stupid, time to go to another dealer.
That's a dealer that doesn't deserve to be open
That's nuts
36 inch price please
Jorge, Check out the "buy now" page of our website. All the prices are there. -Ed
pretty cool i will want to try it out at the gig expo ;]
Great, please do!!
My dad wants to know how much those mowers are going for

You need to get more distribution, the one I've visited doesn't really promote your machine. Made me revisit Kubota, sorry...
Sorry to hear that. Where are you?
