first disconnect all the connection.... just connect the bluetooth & arduino.... connect your phone to bluetooth .... then open serial monitor of arduino software..which is located at the corner of right side....now send command like led on....if the comand show on the serial monitor then connect the other circuit....
aap relay ki badle led use karke dekhe...is it working or not..if led works properly then the problem in your relay board...it may be circuit problem or other problem...
