The water was missing in my pump, 1st stage air goes into two holes under the double O-ring and brass plug and squeezes passed the threads, big restriction. You should hear slooshing water inside. Intake air enters under the handle, a oneway ball valve, I made a sealed conection to compresses dry air to supercharge air flow.
Ok, I purchased one of these and I had to look at this video to know howvto disassemble it and found out more about this pump than what this video is showing.
hi I would like to ask you a question esque my bowler has trouble when inflating my pcp takes air to inflate but at the time of sending it grabbed the pond of the rifle boot it where the air enters
No man, the water is products of cjanges in pressure cjanges, tha air interior condensed as the rain ☺! I hope it help to you , keep out the water an wash it good dry, an lubricante with liquid silicon oil the orings and rods. Good luck!
@@Alatinu there are models with and without internal water for refrigeration, but it was in the three-stages hand pumps. The four-stages were ever dry.
The pump worked well for about 10 fills to 3000 psi. Now it will only pump to 1000 psi and you can not pull the handle up. If you let it sit the handle will come up by itself. I sent an email and haven't had a response. Pulled pump apart and cleaned it, checked o-rings. Still will not pump. Any suggestions would be helpfull.
Let me solve it for you. It's very simple. The place you cleaned might have missed. Have you cleaned the one-way valve? Unscrewing the base, you will see, remove the one-way valve, and then clean the O ring。If you solve this problem, remember to tell me.My whatapp +8615966266636
3dprintercopier I will clean the valve and o ring again to make sure its clean. How far in do I screw in the nut that puts tension on the small spring?
Hi! At 6:20 of your video what size spanner are you using. Also at the base of the large bottom (thinner) brass nut I see black round rubber seal gasket is sticking out. What diameter and durometer (if any) to use? Can I buy at HomeDepot. etc.? Not sure if this is the same model pump or different manufacturer. It looks almost exactly like it (Air pressure gauge says Japan or made in Japan) I can't provide you pictures. Sorry! :\
have you found a way to make copy of retail version for cheap money ? In USA money over $150 in CANADA where I am over $250. I want cheap China made save $$$$.
Gracias lo nesesite desde RD🇩🇴
