Solfeggio frequencies form part of an ancient scale that was rediscovered in the early 70’s. They are a tone sequence of special tonal frequencies. Originally used in Gregorian chants for centuries, they recently were brought to everybody’s attention for their healing powers.
The Solfeggio frequency of 396 Hz is known to help overcome feelings of fear and clear blockages, which usually presents the main obstacle when it comes to reaching our goals and realising our dreams. I do however believe that we have two lives...The one before we truly accept that we only have one and the life that we choose to live after that realization. (Not my thought, I read it from a book and it changed my entire perspective).

I have 3 parrots 🦜 they go crazy all day when I sleep. They chirp and click and screech like a giant pet store. I put this on and closed my eyes. Within 3 minutes the birds were totally silent. Once in a while a really soft single. Tweet. Passed out woke up they were just sitting on their perches totally silent 6 hrs
