Underrated war. Glad you cover it in this much detail. In the Netherlands this war slipped out of our collective memory even tho we supplied most troops to the Grand Alliance
Great video, again you cover very well an aspect of the war usually ignored. In some parts of the video the background music was too loud. You may consider doing away with it, the music does not help
Will you make also an episode about the Hungarian phase of the War of the Spanish Succession, the Rákóczi Kuruts Revolt from 1703-1711? So few Westerners know about this.
Cool, hard to follow who’s who and what side they were fighting... imagine back then where information was only given by messengers and some sort of coded orders! Btw what mod did you use to represent the Piedmontese units?
This video is awesome .Thanks for this knowledge. It is the best video on UA-cam and your channel is best channel on UA-cam. This video is one of my best life experiences. Please keep it up this type work. Your nice work on videos tempt me to leave a appreciative comment on your comment box . But brother I am waiting for a video on Skanderbeg when it will come?
My current plans are to make 3 more vids on this war, pausing after the Battle of Almansa in 1707, and then doing a short video or two in-between so my channel doesn't become known only for covering this war. I''ve seen a lot of comments demanding Skanderberg as a subject so I might do that.
I really like the series so far but the music in the background is simply too loud tbh....it requires me to focus and that's not what I want to do when watching this video in the background ;D
You make good videos but around the 2 minute mark on this video the music is way to loud and could just make out what you were saying, noticed a few times on your videos but other than that you make good content, keep it up
INAUDIBLE.😢 The background music is too high in the mix. The narration is garbled, error-ridden and includes lots of misled pronunciations. Re-record please, with a more experienced voice-over artist.
This video is over 2 years old and was made when I had less means to make proper videos. I currently have two videos I have already completely re-made on this conflict.
@@FieldMarshalYTIf you remade this video, i think a deeper explanation of geography of the border between Spain and Portugal would be very useful. The border north of Tejo is just hill after hill and then mountains. This is true for both sides of the border. Still a great video.
A few errors here and there, but happy with this one. The actual Siege of Turin will be far more exciting!
Great content.
I appreciate you determination and hard work

Trust me, in the future of this series the contribution of the Dutch will be shown more and more.

Thanks for this series so far. I really appreciate these well produced and researched videos, so please keep them coming
Apologies I couldn’t watch when it came out.
Great video as usual! 👌
brooooooo Ive been waiting for this for like the longest time lol
yooo Field Marshal with another drop lets go
Would you consider covering the Hungarian Front of the war( also known as Rákóczi’s War of Independence)?
I will cover those fronts after the Battle of Almansa 1707
Another masterpiece of a video! Well done!

Dont worry, I will be !
@@FieldMarshalYT Thanks!
Great work

Imperial Splendour III I believe it's one of the old versions that portrayed this time period. The newer versions stick around 1789.

Excellent performance on y our series as per usual, I hope you can get that Microphone louder though (This is Henry btw)
It's a shame I had to give up with this as the music is way too loud
It would be better to increase the vocal volume as it is being drowned out by the incidental music.
Music overpowered your voice in spots but thank you for the content
Great video

Very cool story, thanks! But, background music is too high, I cannot hear what you are saying.,
this video is quite old now, Im pleased to say I have gotten much better since then
@@FieldMarshalYT Looking forward for new videos than. It is cool that you are including tactical map of battles..
eheh Vendome sounds like Van damne . (how/r that is spelt)
