I bought the Givenchy powder during the sale and it’s worth the hype. I bought the original shade. Also bought the Huda cherry blossom for my under eyes and love that too!
I got the Huda a couple months ago and adore it! Except for the scent 😩 Normally scent doesn’t affect me but this one makes my eyes water non stop. I am praying she comes out with unscented because it is a killer powder!
Huda is the only powder I have found that looks so smoothing on me without making me look cakey or dry! Iv tried no 7 and CT I’d choose no7 over the CT I look dry every time I use the CT!
The CT has definitely taken a backseat to other powders for me, I just desperately hope that Huda gives us a fragrance free option because Cherry Nlossom is an amazing powder except it makes my eyes water 😭
Thanks Jennifer! I’m finding I use as little powder as possible because it makes my lines stand out. I noticed you pressed the powder onto your face rather than using a brush. Does that technique help? Looking forward to the next videos!
Because my lines are so fine (today 😏) and my concealer doesn’t dry down too quickly, I find that pressing it in immediately locks the concealer. For my lighter coverage concealers I do use a brush though. Thanks so much for watching Carrie! Lmk if there’s anything you’d like to see 💖
The Givenchy is lightweight and has color correcting properties so it’s great for all over the face for a very airbrushed appearance but I don’t love it for under the eyes, can look dry. The CT is lovely under the eyes and is nice for touch ups.
My first suggestion, if it’s affordable for you, would be to purchase both in the MINI sizes. I think the CT is $28 and the Givenchy is $31. It’s still a lot of money, I know 😕 But if you want just one, I prefer CT for all over powdering and under eyes. The Givenchy is beautiful for pore blurring, it’s like giving you a doll face but I prefer it only in the T-zone. It’s a toss up depending on your needs. But don’t feel married to either if you don’t like them, save your receipt so you can return. Good luck 💖
@@JScottBeauty i have had the CT and liked it, I'm just in love with the thought of color correction lol but it probably doesn't do as much for that as I'm thinking
@@jessicafeazell6005 the pink tone is definitely great for brightening. Other than that they aren’t as much for color correction as for complimenting your actual skin tone
I didn’t get a new foundation during the sale because I’m still obsessed with the CT Beautiful Skin and the NARS light reflecting 😃 but I do have dedicated videos for each of those 🤩 I do have my eye on a couple for summer skin, though. Lmk if there’s any you’re curious about. Thanks for commenting Belinda 💖

Huda supports Hamas and is anti semitic. So who on earth would support her. That’s like supporting Nazi Germany
Oh hello there, you popped up on my algorithm. Looking forward to your makeup reviews. 🙂
Thank you so much Diane! I look forward to seeing you in the comments 😃
Hey can someone explain to me why 50 $ powder which will last a year is expensive but to spend 50 $ in a restaurant is not ? 😂
So true!
Jennifer what was the name of the setting spray? Thank you!
Lawless Glam Guard. It’s sooooo good
@@JScottBeauty thank you!

@@JScottBeautyI'm having a hard time choosing a shade in the cc Givenchy I have lots of red so I need green but I fall into the fair/medium category

I think the givenchy is looking a bit too matt 🤷
It is definitely very matte so I only use it in targeted areas where I tend to get shiny, definitely not all over. Thanks for watching 💖
