I don’t want it to take up too much room in my closet yet it won’t match with my bedroom furniture… it’s black and my furniture is cherry wood. I would put it in the closet. My closing is in Jan. Ohhh ok yes most of my neighbors are from California. Definitely a lower cost of living here.
For a major city the homes are affordable. It's the property taxes that are high
