i asked the cashier at target if i could keep the pet in the display case because they only had the display left and i'd been checking target for new lps for months and i even said i'd pay for it and she was like "..okay." and then after she rings me up for my other stuff she tosses the box and i'm like "oh did you put the littlest pet shop toy in the bag?" and she was like "yeah" and then i left but when i checked she didn't ring me up for one of the boxes like i asked or put the toy in the bag like she said 😭 i feel bad she was probably so confused. i was embarrassed but went back and was like " hey can i have the box?" and she gave it to me. one of the most embarrassing things i've done and gone through but i was desperate.
Some target stores won't let you keep the display pet. I had a very bad experience where a worked ripped the box out of my hands after I asked if I could take it home/buy it (it was the only thing left.)
@@PandorasReachAMlmao i dont even ask i just take it, they cant legally sell it and most of the time they end up throwing them away. Im pretty sure a billion dollar company isnt gonna crumble because I took a display toy worth a few cents
