i’ve received a few negative comments & just wanted to say that:
at the end of the video, i let everyone know to completely disregard the title of this video, as i actually love this wave so much! 🫶🏼😁 the title was just to peak everyone’s interest and more so, to show emphasis on the major improvements from waves that were previously released. + as this is an unboxing review, i do point out any flaws that i notice from these brand new figures! so it may sound like complaining, but the general public tends to be interested in the product that they’re planning on buying. it is a review video after all 😌

I really liked how honest you were !! I haven’t bought many g7 cause of the quality and I always like to watch a video before buying them , as a in box collector for some g7 I hate that most of them are blind boxes I do hope basic fun sees these videos and takes the feedback , I feel like there releasing the waves to quickly , I live in the uk and there’s hardly any wave 2 we only have the house and the snow set and that’s it but I wouldn’t mind if they spent longer on these or if I had to pay more so that the quality is better , but I do love the blind boxes for wave three there so cute. I just hate that some of it’s a target exclusive as I won’t be able to get them

1:10 i have a theory on this as well! my theory is that they made it a mystery to hopefully avoid uneducated resellers. resellers who know what certain pets go up in price but aren’t willing to watch an unboxing to figure out which box is which!

I have never seen so many blemishes in one set opening before. I really wish they would do some quality control.

personally i’m excited for the collie and spaniel because as a beginner collector it gets VERY difficult for me to justify spending so much when i’m not quite sure if they’re fake or good quality or not. i don’t really care about the authenticity usually, but even then they are still pricey so im really looking forward to buying them in stores because i hardly have any lps, let alone main 5s 😭

These are all very lovely! Legitimately gushing over all the pets and the card backgrounds aaa they look SO GOOD!! I'm a little late into viewing this but I'm glad I did since overall I think it was well done. ^ I actually don't mind the critiques because it'll hopefully help BasicFun improve and it's a blessing they are considering listening to the community anyway 😭, a very rare thing for companies to do these days. I think the most disappointing thing about new LPS is definitely the lack of releasing. What I mean is that the new wave 3 is still not for sale online on the website for LPS and only releases to certain states until a couple months later when other states finally get them! I don’t really remember this being an issue with hasbro honestly. But other than that, I personally love the basicfun LPS!

They do look a little better in person, but I don’t like not being able to check the quality before buying. My states Walmarts and Targets have never gotten the new LPS so I have to hope the local toy store will get them in soon, but they also recently got rid of the whole LPS section. Hoping to get the collie and cocker spaniel, but that’s it for this wave haha

Man I’m so mad at myself for buying the pet pairs not realizing they were surprise sets when buying them online from target. I was so surprised that they were available for me and would ship that I didn’t even read the item description 💀💀 so I thought I was getting the Dalmatian set. When they came and I saw they were blind boxes I was sad but then a little happy cause then I had the chance to get the cow or the cocker spaniel (which is the one I want the most) and I ended up with the I didn’t want at all 😭 don’t get me wrong the octopus and crab are cute but I’ve never really been a fan of them.
At least now I know and now I can look for the orange and green paws lol
