    Deterrence is a theory. The missile fields remain a nuclear sponge, use or lose system.

      I dont believe in deterrence - it is a wildly irrational and illogical argument that was designed to drive an arms race that makes arms industry rich by multiplying risks and dangers at huge costs.

    I only got to serve ten years. It's sad that a regular veteran can't get on base.
