4:00 the RWY numbers are the heading of the RWY, For example if a RWY was heading 020 the RWY number would be 20, and if there were 2 RWY with the same heading at the same airport there would be left and right (20R, 20L). Dont use B1
Congrats you found the aviation nerd: The nunbers on the end of the runway indicate the direction of landing. If an aircraft is landing towards the west for example, it is flying towards heading 270 degrees. Hence, if you were to look down the runway from one end in the direction of flight, you would find the number 27 at the near end of the runway, and, as runways can be used from both ends you would see an upside down 09 on the far end of the runway. If there are multiple runways at the same airport facing the same direction they are distinguishes as R (right) C (center and L (left) The various lines on the runway also have indications, like the striped centerline, the lines next to them indicate touchdown zones, etc. There are also yellow lines that most often indicate taxiways, so roads along which aircraft are allowed to roll. Also as a bonus, you can hold control while changing the distance on a linear or radial chassis to change all attached ones at once. Also also, there is a dedicated elevator pulley in create. It's awesome.
In the ATC(Air Traffic Control) tower, you need radios, because pilots communicate on radios. Also look out for transmisssions on 123.45(the emergency band)
BEARDSTONE! dude you're the 2nd ytr I have seen that went to visit him in his world. I watch him and saw that Stam1o has also joined in his world. Love this! Edit: 10:00 YOURE THE IRON TROUT!?! BRO ! lmao I saw the war y'all went through on mr.b's yt 😂
The numbers on the runway, is the way that it is facing on a compass. So if it says 30, it is facing 30 degrees. And the other side is then 150 degrees. (So it adds up to 180 degrees) The more you know. And the letters are their to differentiate 2 runways that are facing the same direction, so pilots don’t land on the wrong landing strip.
Just to add to this; the compass direction is rounded to the nearest '10' and then divided by 10. So for your example of 30 & 150, it would 'Runway Three' & 'Runway One-Five' (the numbers are said separately for clarity).
AAAAAAH I'm screaming this was such a good episode!! The airport is amazing! I love all the detailing, everything is sooo good! And the cameos!! My bloodlines heros!
Runway numer is not a number of a runway, IT means in what side of earth it is facing from pilot's sperspective and a leter id for saying is it right (R) left (L) or centre (C) this is for big airports with multiple runways. CGP Grey made a good video about this.
Runway markings refer to the the compass heading of the runway, for example, 30 means 300 degrees on a compass, and the R means it is the the right hand side of two runways
This video brought me so much joy. Always a pleasure to see Drift ❤ I freaking love the airport oh my god! As someone who just spent a bunch of time at the actual airport (several airports actually) this feel very authentic. Haha I'm kidding, real airports are terrible. Yours however is very nice. I love the tower and the traffic control sheep, and the working elevator is awesome. I need one. I can see how it would be very easy to get carried away with those containers they're so cute! Thank you for the video! It was cool seeing all the camios 😂 On to the next one!
Not too long ago I made a hangar door that flipped up and pulled back, just like some real life hangar doors. It used a Sequenced Gearshift to first rotate a Mechanical Bearing attached to the door, and then pull it back with an extended Sticky Mechanical Piston. The Mechanical Bearing needs to place the door in the world after rotating though, otherwise the Piston will not retract the door.
The numbers on the runway, is the way that it is facing on a compass. So if it says 30, it is facing 30 degrees. And the other side is then 150 degrees. (So it adds up to 180 degrees) The more you know.
@@Arendvanrethy They will not always add up to 180. 270 and 90 add to 360, 10 and 190 is 200, 360 and 180 add to 540 (there is never a runway 00, so due north is 36, making the other end 18)
Little thing about runways, the number is the orientation divided by 10 (ex : 70° will be shown as runway 07) and the letter is for if more then 1 runway have the same orientation, it's to define the position (R = right, L = Left)
as a airplane enthusiast the letters represent Left and Right L R the numbers are which direction (in degrees ) the direction you can read it is going to
3:59 as an aviation enthusiast I can say those numbers are the coordinates the runway is facing anddd ofc u can see Wich runway it is and you can see those big blocks a little bit further at the runway those are the aiming points that’s where the plane needs to aim to and again a little bit further is the landing zone that’s ofc where the plane needs to land :) sorry for this useless information:)
How do you make that storage system (c. terminal?) where you can get it from anywhere. If you have already made the video. what is it called, if you haven't could you make one please. I like your videos but i don't know the order to get to the beginning video.
Quite a few of you have requested a mod list for the pack Froggy and I made, so here it is!
createmodisland.carrd.co/
can u make it forge og something so i can download it
What's the version?
If you click the link it will tell you 👍👍👍@@raulcpro
Sorry to infrom you but the B has to be replwced with either "R (right), C (center) or L (left)" to mark what runway side it is

You should build a bridge that connects the island to the airport
Got something better than that for next episode 👀
The red soul lanterns from Chipped really work well with modern builds, like on radio towers and skyscraper roofs to indicate height to aircraft
There might be some good ones for the side of the runway too. Lanterns need the Tinkering table
Awesome! I'll definitely check those out!
Watching this as an Avgeek is just funny😅

Turns out it was a stinky detector and not a metal detector. Must have built it wrong 🤔

What I don’t understand here, is why didn’t you made real planes using clockwork ? It was the perfect occasion for it
...theres an actual plane mod?? Are there like,,, military craft in there??

I think when its 30 there is 300 degrees

Well have I got news for you!

Do you know about the Elevator pulley its easyer than the rope pulley for an elevator.
wow nice! you can also make another airport because the airport you make is for cargo, maybe ? thx
16:23 why didn't you use elevator pulley?
Best crossover episode, you and Mr beardstone
Fun fact: the number on the runway indicates the direction the plane will face during landing.
Runway markings refer to the the compass heading of the runway, for example, 30 means 300 degrees on a compass, and the R means it is the the right hand side of two runways
So there is a mod Called a man of many planes, it adds planes that align with creates theme. Not sure what version but I think it's compatible.

Runway letters and number the letter is R or L. R stand for right and L stand well for left and the number i think is just something random

ONE SIMPLE QUESTION how are you filming your self while doing work?? Which mod?
Why does the hangar looks like a military airbase hangar, but the build is really good.
as a airplane enthusiast the letters represent Left and Right L R the numbers are which direction (in degrees ) the direction you can read it is going to
I love this series, i enjoy it so much

Honestly this looks like Saba airport
Make a train go over a bridge to the AirPort and make a trainstation with the rest of the space
You probably could use an elevator pulley instead of the rope pulley
This hurts my brain on the runway it should be 01 not B1 me seeing it: uhh my brain:🤯

Of there is only one runway you need numbers on both sides of it then the taxiways are lettered like a, d, f, I etc
All runways have numbers at both ends whether the airport has just one or many
This is so cool!
I know you, your farzy's editor, he called asking for rare Minecraft blocks and one block that you said is dirt😂
