    Am a stay home mum and I truly agree with what you are saying. Oh and depression is real and in most times we don't notice it untill it's too much. And sadly there isn't much awareness out there regards depression so it's most times interpreted as laziness or carelessness etc. Thank you ladies for this episode.

      Indeed, we get so caught up in the motions that we sometimes loose ourselves! Talking about such issues is part of creating awareness and accepting that it’s okay to not be okay and knowing that we’re not alone

    You see me right now, am already exhausted. I feel completely burnt out but I cant really get a break coz I know if I take a break now, February will come and I'll start wishing if only I had pushed a little more harder
