Because you want the water to enter inside the kbbe , then you add 1 cup of cold water to the kbbe after cooking for 20min which stops the broth from oozing out of the shell , your kbbe will be juicy and delicious 😋

Maria we don’t eat meat. A question was asked about making a vegetarian or vegan stuffing but the “read more” is NOT opening. So it’s 2 onions, 1 and a half cooked chickpeas, 1/4 cup tahini, olive oil and sumac. Is there anything else? I would love to try the vegan version. Thank you for sharing 👏😍
