I know it is, that's why I used both it's names. Dome Romantik was the original DEV version. Pretty sure Tom played it in both iterations... but not everyone is familiar with both names.
The ambush at 4:57 gave me flashbacks to the, _“Oh my gods, it's Shai-Hulud!!”_ moment from *_Witch Hunt_* way back when.

I was wondering if Tom would realise that the worms used the same model as the final boss from witch hunt. The soundclip of simon screaming suggests he did or the editor did atleast i can't recall if Tom still has an editor for these videos.

Tom was originally his own editor but Josh has been his main editor for a long while. I think he may occasionally get some help from time to time recently, but it's typically Josh.
I feel like Tom's played a space dome version of this game before!

If you like this style of game you'd probably enjoy Wall World. You travel up or down a giant wall in a spider mech, dig resources, and fight eldritch horrors.
I think Tom would probably like Wall world. It's a lot like this, but the world is a wall, which makes it cool :P
This straight up _is_ Wall World. It looks like they copied every single aspect of that game (well, not _every_ aspect yet since this is just a demo, but I expect the last few things like boss fights will be in the full game), they just made the wall 2-dimensional instead of 1-dimensional.

looks pretty fun! I personally like RogueLITE games better than RogueLIKE, because i like to feel like im progressing. Unlocking permantent boosts or upgrades makes the whole difference!

I just had a thought while watching this that gave me a laugh. I thought "surely in real life if we found a resource we wanted guarded by aliens that slaughtered us when we discovered it, we wouldn't go back with weapons to take it." Then I realized, we already do that with other humans. It's funny how stupid random thoughts that pop in to your head can be.
