This is so inspiring, Rob! The sound quality is also excellent; what brand of microphone are you using on your violin? Looks like a lavalier mounted a special bracket.
It’s a DPA mini. The absolute best in sound for a violin. Many professional orchestras use them in the US, and I don’t see myself using anything else. It’s more expensive than but higher quality than a transducer because it captures the sound of the instrument as it was intended :)
