- Episode 2 of Jurassic What If... follows the year of 2001, where the events of Isla Sorna take place in the main Jurassic Cinematic Timeline. But one creature the main characters come across are Pteranodons. Flying Reptiles from a Mesozoic Earth. But what if these creatures were replaced with something bigger? Something more chaotic? In a stunning change in this alternate universe, Quetzalcoatlus takes the place of the Pteranodons in this scene and evokes new danger to this world! If the Quetzal was in Jurassic Park 3, neither the pteranodons nor the Spino would have been needed

Alternate name for literally every episode:what if nobody had plot armour,and also one other thing is different?
What if Mt. Sibo never erupted? (so no time table to get dinos and a buffet of options with the expansion)
What if Camp Cretaceous was on Isla Sorna? (so campers were stranded there)
What if InGen brought over several Velociraptors instead of the T-Rex Buck and infant?
What if Big One raptor never killed the other Raptors? (it was stated it had killed several and kept the other 2)
What if Blue, and the other Raptors never turned on the Indominus?
If the campers were stranded on Isla Sorna, I imagine the result would be just like Jurassic Park: Trespasser.
I liked the first episode of the series, now let's see what we'll see in the next one✨.

What if Sobek (The JP3 Spinosaurus) was in Jurassic World Dominion?
I feel the Quetzs wouldn't be able to fit through that door which was left unlocked (or even notice that it was) and would just smash out of the aviary, which should be easier without maintenance for some years.
If the Quetzal was in JP3, the pterosaurs would have broken out and had free reign over the islands and nearest American coastlines for decades.
The airforce would shut that shit down instantly.

Here’s something interesting and probably something you wouldn’t have come up with what if when Sammy was hit by the quills of the Scorpius rex they transform her into a Scorpius rex whenever a human is hit by the quails they transform into a Scorpius but it doesn’t affect dinosaurs it just poison them

i am absolutely loving this series! what if Jurassic Park 3 ended with Billy escaping without revealing he had the velociraptor eggs? how would the Jurassic universe of changed if he actually managed to sell the eggs?

*COOL (😎)!* Here’s a suggestion for a future episode: what if Isla Nublar was located off the coast of the state of _Florida?_ Yeah, I’m doing the whole Universal Orlando Islands of Adventure _’Isla Aventura’_ thing here.
I have an idea for an episode “What If…?! The Indoraptor Survived” and it begins where blue is about to jump on the Indoraptor and fall into the building where the it gets pierced by the skull but in this timeline the Indoraptor hits blue with his tail and she falls to the ground unconscious he still falls into the building by his weight of on the glass he tumbles down nearly missing the skull which leaves a scratch on his face and tail the Indoraptor tumbles to the ground and is able to get up and wonder around the building for more victims the ending to fallen kingdom stays the same with the dinosaurs being free But Masie not to just save them but as a distraction for the Indoraptor the dinosaurs escape and this time the t-Rex doesn’t kill mills the Indoraptor does rips him to pieces and runs off into the wild Owen takes the unconscious blue and maisie with Claire to get somewhere safe the Indoraptor causes havoc everywhere and has killed nearly 70 people it even attacks Darius kenji and brand at they’re neighborhood and even kills kenji the government and biosyn have tried to capture but no luck and the locus are eating crops and Dodgson wants the Indoraptor to have control over the key to stopping the locus cause in the Indoraptor is an unfinished cure for a disease they have and wants control of the government with the most dangerous weaponized creature on earth but Dr Wu needs beta and maise’s DNA because the indoraptor is a prototype and needs beta’s DNA to complete it and maise’s to complete the cure in it’s blood beta and maise still get captured and the Indoraptor finds a way to Malta by sneaking on a boat it even fights and kills the atrocaraptors but some biosyn workers capture it as the rest of the events of film play out and wu is able to finish the cure and complete the Indoraptor once it arrives maisie sets beta and the Indoraptor free and the two raptors cause mayhem in the facility and in this what if beta and the Indoraptor grow a bond and later becomes beta’s second parent the final battle plays out the same but not just the Dilophosaurs kill Dodgson the Indoraptor claws his body horribly and let’s the Dilophosaurs finish the job and then the locus gets killed by the cure and the Indoraptor is under the watch of Owen and Claire as it beta and blue live in the wild until the Indoraptor is set on mission causing the creation of a task force Dinotrackers.

It is an Ironic foreshadowing coincidence that everything that was explained about using dinosaurs as military weapons in JW 1 and 2, was the very sort of thing that happens in the "Jurassic Park: Dino Battles" pc game. That makes me wonder if this videogame was cannon to the Jurassic movie timeline or if this is just coincidence only? I kinda miss playing "Dino Battles" but it does not work on my computer or any of the computers we have now.

Its amusing to think in a timeline where Jurassic Park succeeded that things still kinda fall to disarray
I guess some fates can't be avoided in certain timelines
But it seems the massive Quetza prove to be just the thing that Biosyn needed to succeed
Makes ya wonder if that Quetza event from the JP4 pitch trailer occurred with this Quetza instead
I dunno if your taking suggestions for this bout
But in the fuure one event that could be need is "What if the Carnotaurus...was in The Lost World?"
In this timeline rather then Raptors being in the long grassy area and the abandoned facility its instead home to a small family of Carnos. Do these larger beasts make a meal of Malcolm and crew? Heck does the Ingen hunters fare better with them?

The question that I have been asking myself is: How long would a pterosaur's migration route be and why they were never shown to migrate beyond the Cinco De Muertos Islands in any of the JP/JW films? Yet we see the Pteranodons flying in the same direction as the helicopter at the end of JP III but , that is not in the direction of Isla Nublar; I do not even know the names of the other 3 Islands that make up the island chain; which makes me also question: What was going to be the next Island those Pteranodons were going to settle in?

This is a cool way of starting a few new timelines if this would happened in the film ,and i actually have some ideas like what if the indominus rex won in Jurassic world? ,what if Jurassic park 3 had two parts of a movie the first part being a rescue mission like in the movie but sone characters survive while the second part is killing all the dinosaurs on isla sorna?, and what if the indoraptor never died in fallen kingdom but instead got knocked out unconscious?, or what if Jurassic park the game was canon in the Jurassic timeline?,and also what if the giganotosaurus was not in Jurassic world dominion but instead an acrocanthosaurus ?these are my ideas of a what if series if you're interested in these?

Biosyn would have still created the locusts and the events of JW3 would still have played out almost unchanged. The locusts had almost no relationship with the dinosaur storyline

Never mind I went back and found it myself Dr Grant Mr Kirby jump and dive underneath it, just prove the fact that the dinos could do it to. They could have escaped the aviary at any time.
